Cheers i bought one of these and its a really well made bit of kit. It whacks off heat really fast. Heavy but packs away easy and is really pretty in our bell tent.
Perfect little stove.
Lol, got to love a winger! Stove looks perfect for me
Looks a cracking bit of kit. Looking forward to this weekend's video
Hi mate I am looking forward to getting out with the full setup,
Thankyou for watching
Great looking stove, will be nice and toasty in the tent!
I've the same stove already for about a year now and I'm very satisfied with it.
You'll see: In your tent that stove is amazing and sitting next to it having a brew and a steak is one of the nicest things to enjoy. Try to keep a steel or cast iron skillet with you. That's the best way to cook on it.
I'm totally keen on your camping video with it!
Hi mate thankyou for watching we are out this weekend
I use a $20 Tefal pan on my titanium Pomoly packable tent stove. Nothing beats having a true non-stick surface that doesn't need scrubbing when you're out on the trail..
I’ve ordered one too. I went for the one with secondary burn. Roll on Tuesday.
Looks good and sturdy.
Hi mate we will see how it work Friday night, thank you for watching
RightOn!!! diggin' it!
Thanks.
Cool stove, really looking forward to seeing it in the tent.
Hi mate I can't wait to get out and give it a go,, thankyou for watching
I've really been contemplating wether to invest in one of these live in the UK and I have a trailer tent, I've always used an electric blow heater so that means I'm obliged too always have an electric hookup in the colder months however I'm trying to get away from this kind of camping and go to more remote locations and therefore do without our dependency on electricity for heating. I never miss any of you're videos I find them very interesting well done and thanks for sharing you're experiences with us, see you soon.
That’s a proper looking little stove as well and with your new tent you will be well made up
Hi mate I can't wait to get out this weekend,, thankyou for watching
People may pick away mate but at least you are having a laugh in the woods unlike the sofa turds, thumbs up.
Looks awesome.
use this stove for a year now .realy good but only for truck camping .really heavy but burn amazing
Like the stove..
Great bit of kit, looking forward to seeing it in use on your next wildcamp video 🙂
Hi thankyou for watching and taking the time to comment
Great review. There is nothing as cozy as wood heat.
Great little stove dan have fun on the trip
Like your honesty pal, cheers just got the same fire and forgot the burn until you said. Not a one for manuals. Gonna get the burn on before camping👍
Hi mate let it burn for 1 to 2 hours
Nice little stove. You’ll have many cozy nights in your tent!! Can’t wait to see your first video out camping with it!!
Hi mate thankyou for watching,
Out this weekend
Great little burner, Got one in my garage that does an amazing job at keeping it warm on them cold nights 👍
Made up for you mate!!! Can’t wait to see it with the tent.
Hi I can't wait to get out now roll on the weekend, thank you for watching
Nice vid Buddy. I am looking at replacing my Frontier Stove. I will probably get one of these for out and about for the day and also the larger version with the built in oven to stay at home, for outside cooking. I like the glass so you can see everything and the door air vent, without having the door open a notch, as you do with the Frontier Stove and also the Frontier Stove eats wood.
Dan, what a lovely stove. I know you have been waiting for it and I am happy for you. What is wrong with setting up in your garden if you have the space. for some of us it is all we have but no matter it is useful to test the gear before you get out in the rain and find it fails. I test everything in my garden but it is all we have :)
Looks fantastic that does. 😍 Can't wait to see it in action with the One Tigris 👍
Hi mate thankyou for watching and taking the time to comment
That’s one of the best looking hot tent stove I’ve seen great video always look forward to seeing what you’re doing thanks for sharing
Hi Jerry thankyou for watching and taking the time to comment
Looks wicked dan look forward for seeing you and oscar do your weekend camp 💯💯
I dont recommend you open the top and put the kettle like that. You run a serious risk of setting the tent on fire with sparks coming out the hole. Just cook on the top your kettle will boil quick enough. All the best to your hot tent. Cheers
Hi mate thankyou for watching and taking the time to comment
I would be more worry about CO poisoning than sparks...inside the tent.
Why does it have the option to remove if it's dangerous?
Good Effort mate. You have convinced me to get one. Gordon
That stove looks awesome. It'll keep the hot tent really cosy I'll bet. 👍 Nice one.
Hi mate thankyou for watching
so happy for you pall ....see you down there soon....
peace pall.
Hi mate,, no doubt we will see each other in the woods 😝😝😝
Nice video good looking stove thanks
Looking forward to seeing it set up in the hot tent mate, cheers all the best bud
Hi mate I can't wait to get out this weekend,, thankyou for watching
It’s smaller then i thought it was i thought it br much bigger another good product for your new tent great video as usual keep up the good work 👍❤️😎
That is a sweet stove
Thank you for watching
That's a cracking piece of kit just the job for the winter months in your tent, hot tub next LOL, good review, ATB, Les.
I think 13 mins is great - thanks for the info
Nice video mate. Have fun
Come on Phil meet me down the Queen Vic for a wild camp on the waste ground behind the launderette! Don't worry I won't tell anyone you killed Arthur Fowler with one of your Bushbox XL meals!
😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Bloody ripper mate. Your videos are getting better every time. Looking forward to seeing you camp with the hot tent. Cheers from Australia 👍🇦🇺
Looks good. I thaught it looked wider than 10 inches so it is useful info to measure because it is hard to judge size on camera. I want one. Hope they are not too expensive
Now yet talking winter camping my Lad. Take some BBQ brickettes to add to wood. No need to take lid off Put frying pan on top for perfect Black Pudding eggs bacon sausages mushrooms fried bread. God I'm hungry .
Hi mate I only did it to see how long it would take to boil, thank you for watching
Looks a nice piece of kit. Interesting to see how it works in the tent. Cheers
Hi gust fond you can you put them in a van as looking some up to do for this winter looking for your tent one now loved waching

Lovely wood stove looks like the same as mine
Hi trav thank you for watching
Great job buddy, this is the one I'm thinkin of
Another cracking video mate. That looks like a really great stove, and bet it's toasty in the Onetigris at the weekend. PS, didn't know we were from the same neck of the woods, I was born in St Lukes Hospital 65 years ago!!
Hi mate I live 10 minutes away from the hospital,,
The stove looks great lad, look forward to seeing it in use in tent on outing with Oscar Outdoors.
Wouldn't worry too much about boil time of kettle, just let it do its thing while you "chill" in front of the warm stove.
All the best👍
Hi mate the boil time does not matter I was just doing it to see the time,,, thankyou for watching
nice mate
Thank you for watching
Cracking bit of kit mate enjoy I have a folding lightweight fishing trolly to carry my frontier stove ,love the look of your outbacker stove enjoy mate.⛺🔥🏕
Hi mate thankyou for watching and taking the time to comment
Good video mate, looks a great stove, don't think you need to take the plate off to boil or cook anything !ook forward to see you camping with it, your videos are getting better all the time thanks for sharing 👍
Hi mate thankyou for watching
Great video mate don't listen to any negative comments keep the videos coming this Lancashire lad is enjoying them ..

That looks great mate. Should keep you cozy on cold nights.

@@englishwoodsman always fun seeing your adventures. I will be out on my first wild camp soon. Got a few more little bits to get.
Awesome brother
Thankyou brother 👍👍👍
Awesome mate thats a great stove
Hi mate I have been watching your videos with your stove,
OMG, Woodsman! This must be the Bushbox XXXXXXXXXXL!
I've got this stove aswell..its brilliant, but heavy
Hi mate it is heavy but like you say it's great
great review mate, and if someone cannot wait 13 minutes for a kettle to boil. . well . they are not a tea drinker..ATVB cant wait to see it in the one tigris,, thanks for sharing.
Hi mate I am out friday night so that's the big test, thank you for watching
Are you load sharing ?? . ATVB stay safe
I think it would be worth testing to see if removing the top plate has any effect on the boil time of the kettle. I doubt it would reduce it much, but it does open up other options.
Hi mate I will do a boil test very soon,,
Great job as always. Just be aware, it will rust. Mine got wet with overnight rain getting in through the arm hole of my lavvu. Also, be safe and get a carbon monoxide alarm. And use a steel tent peg if you want to remove the grill disk. Hottest area for boiling water is near to the chimney.
Looking forward to seeing you use it with the tent ! Take care for now.
Hi mate thankyou for watching and taking the time to comment
Hi you should get some black heat spray to.sort out the rust
I've got the stove plus the water heater and I got the Gstove nature view 2 man hot tent and all be heading our Tuesday morning till Thursday morning for my first time using all the equipment and it's going to be proper cold in wicklow mountains Ireland
Enjoy your stove 🤟☮
Just got this and looked on UA-cam to see the best way to set it up, glad I found your channel as i wouldn't have burnt it for 2 hours lol, you also seem like a top bloke. All the best with your channel.
Hi mate are you the new subscriber I just received??
@@englishwoodsman hello, not me lol I completely forgot when I commented to subscribe but I have now. Cheers
Did you find the flue is loose fitting until it gets hot and expands as that's what I've found
The flue is wobbly as anything until it's hot
Nice video. I'm doing something similar with a stove I built from a 20# propane tank in a 12' x 6.5' tent.
Looking forward to seeing your camping video with Oscar 👍🏻 great videos keep them coming mate find them highly entertaining 😆
Hi mate thankyou for watching
Nice stove, should give you lots of fires
Hi mate thankyou for watching
Cant wait to see you cooking on your stove some high class sausage and beans coming up
5 star food mate 😉😉😉
I have a out back stove and in 3 months I had to get a 63mm exhaust pipe as the original pipes rusted through quickly
If you're going to hike a long way with that should see if you can talk Oscar into carrying it for you 😊
Hi mate that's a great idea 🤣🤣🤣
I already offered in the hope of an invite into the tent lol!!! Looking forward to seeing this in action
Lol, the joys of being a UA-camrs, the constant not picking
“ look how easy those legs open” said some one once lol😜😜
Grow up, please...
Are you 9 years old?
Yep
@@fijiarc2090 are you the fun 👮♀️
@@julesgarrettaz2583 The what sorry?
I think if you would close the air input to almost closed and the chimney damper plate to almost closed. The water would probably boil quicker as the flame/heat wouldn't be drawn so quickly to the rear and up the chimney.
Thank you for letting me know mate
That Phil Mitchell comment though 😂 😂 😂 😂.
That should keep you nice and toasty mate. All the best 👍
Hi mate about 4 people have said it now 😂😂😂
@@englishwoodsman it never crossed my mind till you said 😂
Mine is similar but has the water on the side , the screw that is on the door latch comes off easy , failing that its a good stove
If you do happen to put your wet socks up to dry, put them on the furthest away bar. I did this on my mates one when I got wet feet and my sock went crispy and burnt. Dried quickly but crispy,so keep an eye on them lol
Hi mate thankyou for the tip,
And thank you for watching
10 x 15 inch aaaahhhhh not bad
Great video.... You should get yourself some welding gloves. Means you can take that cover off the top of your stove and load wood into the fire, even rearranging burning coals with them....
Hi mate thankyou for watching and taking the time to comment much appreciated 👍👍👍
great review. you'll always get critics. lol. I stick my hand in all the time, you have to put the darn wood in, lol
And if you look you can get an added extra to this stove it’s a kettle that attaches to the chimney and sits at the back of the stove Leaving you space to use the front to cook on
Hi mate I am on with that one 😅😅😅
Don’t forget you need something to keep the chimney from touching your tent I think there is a like a collar type thing
@@leslierhodes5467 hi mate I have a plan for that,
Genuine question reckon you could have this inside a campervan? Obviously so the chimney was going outside and perhaps some fire seal around the door and glass?? Cheers
Looks awesome mate, sadly I've got two camping wood burners already so might be pushing it with the better half to try for a third 😉
All the best
Roo
Hi mate, get a new one and say someone sent you it
@@englishwoodsman damn that's sneaky and might just work...
Baffle her with maths and redundancies, just in case one breaks. 3 is 2, 2 is 1, 1 is None.
@@markplane5994 I like your thinking sir 👍
Great stove but too big. Be ok when we go fishing. Take it in the van but what do you recommend to carry please. Love the channel.
I purchased a tipi and the fire i purchased is v similar i bought a fire mat for floor is it safe to use it comes with stove jack for tent hold im new to this also fire has 6 flues at i think 36cm each i could be wrong
Did you get the 2x2 cuttings from graft?
How is this for rust?
I use pliers to remove the hot plate.
Hi mate I never thought about that, but it was one good reason to use it, thankyou for watching
Hi what's the name of the tool you used to take round bit on top off
Nce review. Looks like a tidy piece of kit . Look forward to seeing you use it in the field
btw How much does it weigh?
It's about 7kg mate
Love your Videos Buddy from Scotland 🏴👍.... Fuck the Haters, you’re always gonna get them 💪
Hi mate thankyou for watching we are out now in the hot tent,
English Woodsman No... Blowing wild up here, Watching you as we Speak on my 55” TV Cooking 2 Fecking Mega Steaks 🥩🥩in the Woods, Making me Hungry 💪
@@rickydb6900 😅😅😅 brilliant
Is it a 3 or 4 inch flue??
Cracking 👍🏻
Just be careful with having lid off, sparks ⚡️ not good for 1 Tigris Iron Wall Hot Tent ⛺️
Looking forward to seeing you sweat your knackers off. 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
Ha ha ha thankyou for watching and taking the time to comment
Buy some stove polish. Helps to stop the rusting.
Can any one tell me if they have this stove fitted in a shed and can you burn coal as it has a grate
Hi Dan, nice review, do you have an Amazon link for this stove? Is it the Outbacker Vista? Cheers!
nice looking fire , but id leave the lid on when lit well its in the tent better to be safe then sorry dude
Hi mate I agree with you I was just thinking into it,, thankyou for watching
Great video mate, would you need to remove the plate to boil your kettle ? Wouldn’t it boil it using it as a hot plate ? 🤔
Hi mate I dont need to move the it, I just did it to see how long it would take to boil,, thankyou for watching
