This tent has had some great improvements made to it well done OneTigris for listening to your customers..I can see this being a future tent of mine.
Their tents look absolutely epic for the price... I'm looking at a hot tent setup for some winter camping, bushcrafting and outdoor cooking at the moment... well impressed with the Iron Wall and the Smokey Hut.
That was nice that they sent you a tent and that they listened to your comment about the design! It does look quite roomy inside. If it rains, you’ve got room to move around. Great review and take care 🇨🇦 ❤️

Good tent I got one this summer about to start my remote hunts with it now

Do you think now though that once your inside the inner, the stove door is hinged on the wrong side (left side). The stove door opens towards the inner so you could accidentally touch the door with your wrist or forearm when loading it whist inside the inner. Also the open stove door may come into contact with inner now the position of the chimney opening has been moved placing it more to the centre of the shelter and closer to the inner. Might be a good design tweek if the stove door could be hung either left or right to suit. Good review, tempting to buy but the Mrs might kill me if another shelter turns up on the doorstep 🙄.

Great video as always ... but ... the information on Amazon for this tent says that the mesh inner is inflammable and should not be used when you’re using a stove. Hope you don’t mind me pointing it out ... I just want people to be safe.
Would a 3w portable folding stove work well with this tent?
Great video Daniel I've been trying to get that version of the iron wall I had an email from ONETIGRIS saying it's out of stock possibly discontinued now I'm 6'3 hopefully that rebuilt sleeping pod will be big enough for me should I be able to get one in the near future.
The tent is now in stock on Amazon uk. However, it’s selling fast, so you will need to be quick. Yesterday (13Jan) it had 12 in stock,just now it has only 4. Green colour only.
Can you put a jack sleeve on to a canvas tent to use a outback woodburning stove?
I'm just wondering how the tent performs in the wind ?Does it need extra guys to stabilise it. Never used a pyramid style tent so interested in experiences

Hi EWM , been looking for an inner for my smokey hut, same size as the iron wall in height, looking at the one you have here and as you say it reaches the top of the tent which is 5ft in height, the inner that onetigris is selling called the Mesh Inner Tent 03 which says it is only 3ft 7in in height ?, , , , , from your next door neighbor from just up the road.

That's a lot better having the mesh entrance on the opposite side to the oven much better I remember you really disliking the original because of the entrance

What you need to do is get yourself a sherpa I always find ex police are the best.

When you use it in summer without the dry heat coming off the wood burner I would imagine that you will get wet from condensation 🤔 I am keen to find out so please let us know if that's the case Dan 👍

Thats the one I got although the bag is not too strong I ripped it very easily not putting much pressure on it packing the bag away I'm worried the tent might rip just as easily

Hi, do you find that there is a lot of tension along the zipper ? I have the iron wall too and I find that when I zip up the front panel it gets very tight.
Hi mate try set the tent up but only 4 pegs first then fully zip up then work your way around the tent pegging it out ,

Its a hot tent so it should come with a stove jack in it also should have storm Skirts on the bottom so all the air is not coming in from the outside
Did anyone else get an extra piece of centre pole? I just received a four piece without the 3-4 inch piece english woodsman showed.
Why is the old tigris welded seams 3000mm rain worthy12000 weight and new iron wall 1900 weight and only 2000mm rain worthy no welded seam welded zip good improvement but slight take back on some early good rain features puzzled am I great video have ordered iron wall model as watched another guy video also but rain gets in by stove jack says brush seam glue over top of tent above jack hole

Why this tent has not snow skirt?
The tent does not have one. However, At the beginning of the video (3 min 30 secs) you will see that the pegging out points have an adjuster on them ,so that you can either lower the tent fly to the ground if you wish as a snow skirt,or have it higher which allows airflow and prevents dew from forming on tent walls. Hope this helps..

Hay pal I have a outbaker stove the same as you when you put the chimney together dont you think there's a design fault as the chimney pieces fit in to each other rather than over each other as a result the water runs down the in side of the pipe i am right that only one piece of the chimney fits onto the stove its self Help

@@englishwoodsman I have mine in summer house bin the 2years now going good but if they make the bottom attachment that fit to the stove the other way round then the pipes would sit over instead of inside each other i have contacted Bell tent boutique and there looking into it

Onetigris sent me a tent for review it leaked so bad they contacted me and asked me to remove the video .. i refused as i beleavie in honest reviews .. the problem with Onetigris is quailty control and they sell prouduct with out testing them .. they use paying customer to test them then take the complaints and make adjustment to the design ..if they had tested that older tent before sending out they would have seen the door was a bad design
The only thing I’d say is the door on the stove should open the other way.
Wish I’d waited a year and not wasted my money on the Mk1 c**p with the self destructing peg loops and the inner with the door on the wrong side. Do the green Y pegs still have the rough edges? If the wind gets up they will probably eat through the cord loops as well.
Don’t think I’ll be getting any freebies from one Tigris after my reviews here and else where. 😂

English Woodsman oh, I sent them my views direct by email. Though that was just my initial review after a trial set up. Haven’t contacted them again since the pegs chewed through the loops and the outer nearly blew away. Probably partly my fault as I don’t think the iron wall tent is designed to be used outside of sheltered woodland (or possibly not outside at all?). 👍

100% don't hot tent in summer last time I did it was -3°c outside and I got down to the boxers and I only use a wool blanket plus I was sweating my twat off
