360jeezy I really commend you for your humility addressing this man that's critiquing your work. Let the truth be told you are the best UA-cam Barber for a reason and he knows it! I'm not saying that he's trying to take anything from you but you always have those certain people that could T get in a way as if what they're doing is somewhat better even though you were doing it at first all alone. So for you to take this man's constructive criticism positively number one that's how one should, but number two it's a good look and it sets you apart not only physically but spiritually also. Time and experience definitely is the main thing but at a certain point technique and your process matters as well. Some techniques are a lot more inefficient than others for example when you could use something a lot more efficient that achieves the same result .
2 years ago videos are still relevant for today and being organized is very important cause you can get lost looking for something simple such as a 1 guard and your tornado station keeps that search hard and it’s so easy for your station to go from neat and organized to the tornado and just listen to what Sean and jeezy have to say about organizing and putting your tools back in the same spot and you will build muscle memory nice content Sean
Personally experience and time is the biggest factor in cutting faster but after a certain period of time your process and the techniques you use matter as well. If you trying to cut hair in lets say 20minutes or less especially for fades and tapers etc. You cant just use any system and achieve a blurry result. You have to use something really efficient and the techniques you use have to match that efficiency. I remember skin fades and tapers after about 1year took me 40minutes to do. After 2 - 3 years of experience i cut it down to 30minutes. I kept the same process for years after that and i noticed i was getting better and my results were better but i was still taking 30minutes. I switched my process up trying different things to see if i could speed up. I kept my process somewhat similar but i found areas i could be a lot more efficient in. And sure enough i started doing those same haircuts in 20-25 minutes. And now if i want to i can do speed fades in 12-15minutes if i need or want to. If im behind on my appts or whatever it really helps to have that in your back pocket. Not really sustainable throughout a whole day if you ask me especially if you trying to keep the haircut quality still there. So i keep everything around the 20minute mark. I dont have to rush and i can just keep a good steady pace.
Also working with the right Clippers too. ever since I started working with wahl magic clip and Senior I have been doing full haircuts with beard and eyebrows in 25 minutes

i try to do this technique , but i get lost in between steps , like sumtimes da one open doesnt make a clear of a guideline , so i take da fade to high or sumtimes doesnt come together good at all , ive done fadin’ down which works but takes longer , what do you recommend to do to master this stragety he uses ?!

@@Seancutshair Bout 2 alpha clippers one with the Regular master blade and one with the phat master i rarely cut over a two unlike u u might need a 3 4 etc but it saves me time on putting the guards on that alone makes my cut faster facts I couldn't believe it

Some people on this platform seem to think jeezy is the only barber who knows what he’s talking about on UA-cam, but unless you’re a barber you don’t realize every barber does things differently. All three of us in my shop have a different fade system. I tend to fade one side at a time til it’s done and fade up like you, another does the same but all around the head, and another fades down using the shaver last. It’s all what you’re comfortable with and what produces the best results for your clientele

When I was starting, a simple fade would take me 2 hrs. Now I do it in 10 minutes. It's Just practice.
