Thank you bro for this video. I'm 48 years old black man that just started a barber career. I know late to the game and I cut in a multi cultural salon. Bro, we don't get allot of black men, curly hair men that come in but we do have a few and more are starting to come. I am an apprentice so you already I'm not getting a first grade education, at least at my salon. Please do a step by step tutorial for line ups, not just the three you shown which was great information but show how to create a hair line when there hair line is jacked up. Please please please. Im sure you'll get mad hits on it. I'll pay for that information. Lol. No im serious.
Need more of these videos..Honestly since I have been watching your videos my work has gotten better while at barber school & I even got two personal clients that want me to cut them from now on💯💪🏽
Appreciate the content, your a great educator. I just had a little hard time hearing you at some points over the instrumental in the background. Besides that keep up the hard work. Also these golden nuggets you share help me so much. Thanks
My fades are progressing nicely but I’m not happy with them. The are either too tightly stacked or not faded tight enough together to really appreciate:/
Man I’m glad I came back to this video. I watched it before, but sometimes after my cut today I felt like something was off with my lining strategy. I’m staying natural with the lines, I need to be using reference points better for symmetry purposes. Or maybe I don’t and natural lines discard symmetry to some extent.
Q: I’ve the self cut system mirrors. The LED lights on it aren’t bright enough for me. What lighting would you recommend and where to position the lights, if that makes sense. Excellent content in this video!!
Bro good evening you have been my mentor for long and I appreciate you man but right now am about to open my own barber shop need your advice on how to be successful as a new barbershop owner thank you
Use the corners of the blade and. cut up into the edge of the line flicking blade diagonally with the blade set at the same level you made the bald line with. Also dont press into the skin too hard when creating the bald line because it will set a permanent line which is hard to remove.
Yea been learning barbing in Nigeria, like 6 months i give a pretty good line up, but i can't really set my clipper, recently I've been giving irritation nd cuts
I barely started cutting 2 years ago. I was cutting for about a year and stopped my second year. I barely started getting back on the grind but don’t have enough people to practice on. I also don’t have a space to cut but my living room. What’s your best advice you can suggest me?
Man..i love ur channel bro...i got a question brother..on a haircut with part on top for example like Mike Tyson..the other side of the cut got to be a little bit shorter than the other side?
Its like that. As he said, follow the same steps no matter the texture. Adjust your clippers and don't give up. Its a skill that takes doing and learning as you go. 🧠
