Standard Super Duty frames are uniquely a pain in the ass because of the double rises over the axle, most companies suspend the bed above the frame with vertical plate mating the platform tray to the truck frame or what I did, spacing with wood lifting the platform tray over the rise and clamping down with U-bolts at four points, but I do not have a gooseneck/5th wheel plate at this point.
Yup I usually put a 3x3x3/16 tube in front and back then use heavy duty angle to support 4 more mounting spots with some box tube in the center, if you go the the king ranch f450 build you can see how i mount it, customers mounting this one so i told him what to do
