Thank you so very much. I want my channel to show people that even though a full professional fab shop is awesome, you can build things with simple tools and a good welder. Anyone can do it.
Thank you for the video, good information. You do nice work! But got to admit that was funny when you turned the handle the wrong way and it didn't work. I felt the panic too for a second. But everything turned out beautiful!
This is exactly what I've been looking for, thank you! Searching for tool box doors comes up with everything but this. I'm not sure what else to type in. I built my doors oversize with a flat flange that closes against the surface of the body. I like your way better and it's kind of the standard. I was young when I started this and really didn't think much about it. I think I'm going to cut it out and change to this. I welded my hinges because I'm lazy and hate drilling holes and dealing with hardware. lol
Thank you for watching and your positive comments. I looked for a while and did not find a door design I liked, so I came up with this one and even though not fully proven yet I am pretty happen with my decision.
@@wrenchbenders Well I'm going to copy your way so you better hope they hold up! haha! I'm glad I found your channel I just like the way you do things. I bet your channel blows up man
You do nice work, and all with basic tools

Something to think on: getting the hinges inside the door.
That is far more difficult and time consuming than you realize
