I never drink coffee and when I do it literally doesn't do anything 🤣 I have no idea why. I can drink after 6pm and sleep like a baby lol. Great video tho I love these types of vids.
4:23, Took a 350mg caffeine pre-workout before my oral exam in biology, and performed better than expected, so... Definitely worth it, ahaha! :D The tingling must have helped xD
Just an interesting add on. There were certain supplements containing alot of "Bitter Orange" Citrus aurantium L and Caffeine a few years ago that were similar in their effects to Addy. Not as useful to my knowledge but helped concentration alot for an exam type of setting. It was sold as a fat burner but I think they are now taken off the market due to a high risk of stroke/heart attack. So finding one with bitter orange might help even more.
Just wondering with regard to the REM sleep and half life. Say the HL cycle of a person is 6 hours. Similar to a nuclear half life does this mean that 4 coffees (say 400mg) at 10 in the morning would still retain 200mg at 4:00 and 100mg at 10:00 and 50mg at 4am and 25mg at 10am? So effectively a quarter of your 10am consumption may remain in your system 12 hours later if you have a 6 hour half life? P.S. Great video.
I mostly feel the side effects of caffeine and at night I am unable to sleep (it takes 36h to get rid of it) so overall I have less energy with it. It is much better to have an healthy life. An healthy booster is to listen to musics.
I see how caffeine benefits you in a competition that lasts throughout the day, but can it also hurt you? Let’s say you have a CrossFit competition with 4 or 5 workouts within an 8 hour period and you use caffeine for a boost. Can it also cause dehydration, which in turn may make you have muscle cramps?
Is 350mg of caffeine in a pre-workout once a week bad? I always take it every Saturday because I'm doing my heavy leg workout early in the morning at around 7:00, and I need to do heavy squats, which is quite harsh without tingling and energy! :D

Extremely good information explained very well 👍
Good job bro 👍
Unfortunately caffeine and high intensity strength workout doesn't work well for me. I start to feel sick and weakness instead of more energy. Lol
Let’s talk about that 🤷🏻♂️
