What type of Magnesium supplement is recommended? There's about 4 different kinds of Magnesium I've seen on shelves lately. For someone with Magnesium deficiency.
Even though I've researched and heard this topic explained a 1000 times, for some reason when this guy explains it I received the information at an optimal level than ever before, new subscriber 👍
First, I'd like to answer the question towards the end, did this answer my testosterone questions, or smash my dreams? More towards smashing my dreams, and here's why: As mentioned in this video, most of us that have good eating habits and work out regularly most likely have testosterone levels in the "normal" range. So, in my case, I will not see much in the muscle gain / fat loss areas as long as I continue to do what I have been doing for years. This leads to a question about HRT / TRT programs. I am going to be 60 in a couple of months, and even though I exercise regularly to include high intensity training as well as standard weight workouts, my body composition has not changed at all this year. My cardio has increased due to ramping up with HIIT style workouts as well as stair climbing, and my resting heart rate is the lowest it has ever been (currently in the 46 to 48 bpm range). But as I stated, my body composition (pesky love handles, for one) has not changed. Is an HRT / TRT program monitored by a doctor a safe way to "get the body I want", as the saying goes? I'm not looking to enter body building competitions or even get "huge" from my workouts. I would just like to tone up more by getting rid of the fat I do carry, mostly around my midsection. Thank you and Happy Holidays!
Do some research on fasting there's tons of info out there you can drink water and fast for most of the day maybe whatever you wanna try just make sure you do research if you fast for more than a day introduce food slowly do research be careful but also not to be weird but releasing semen decreases testosterone and when this man said did I answer your questions or smash your dreams my jaw dropped people are unbelievable sometimes think outside of what is normal and when you believe that has power ive seen older people do some amazing things hope I helped instead of crush your dreams haha
Hi Richie, what's your opinion on intermittent fasting, whilst also taking into account the protein refractory period? It seems there aren't enough hours to space out daily protein intake requirements in 3 hour intervals during a (eg. 16:8) feeding window. Would you recommend stopping intermittent fasting, and prioritising spacing out your protein intake throughout the day?
It depends very much on your goals. If your goal is to gain as much muscle as possible, you're probably not feeding yourself enough to maximise gains with a short feeding window. More meals would help. I think it's really important to realise that not all nutritional practices are compatible with all health/physique goals. You can also run different phases (muscle gain/weightloss/maintenance) where you can switch between longer and shorter feeding windows. If you're not willing to stop the IF you could try protein only meals outside of the feeding window...
Intermittent fasting is effectively calorie control and used to be in a deficit. It wouldn't do anything to help you gain weight especially muscle. MPS needs to be maintained and having optimum protein intake every 3 to 4 hours is more important because it helps maintain and build muscle.

Im on prescription anti anxiety / anti depressants and feel that my testo is now lower. Is there any evidence to show that this type of medication can affect my testo levels and if so should i look at testo supplements? Thank you in advance
Hiya mate, it's not something i've looked into specifically (whether anti-depressants/anti-anxiety meds affect test levels). That said, just feeling your Test is low is probably not a great hunch to go on. You should speak with your doctor about whatever symptoms you're experiencing and they can advise you as to what it may be (it may be a standard side-effect of the meds). That said, IF it is a test issue, supplements aren't going to help raise it.
@@rkirwan1 thank you bud, the side effects sheet is a mile long like most prescription meds. I have got some testo supplements but will consult my GP like you said. Thanks to your vid on creatine i have picked some up now 😀
Thanks for the great video Richie. I know the research isn't out there but could you do Suma root some day. Given its a banned substance it likely has some performance benefits
Hi, I've been on TRT for around 2 years now and my levels are at the high end of normal but I feel no benefit to the treatment, after speaking with various professionals and getting blood tests my estrogen level is also high, now it seems that the free testosterone is converting into estrogen which I would maybe need an aromatase inhibitor? The NHS aren't willing to help any further and say I don't need one, any advice?
Hi Richie, excellent video as always. What is your opinion on using over the counter test boosters? Like Tribulus, Tonkat ali etc. Your feedback will be appreciated
I started taking the medication bought from Dr igho channel on UA-cam and surprisingly it was working gradually and in 9days everything changed, I am really happy that you helped me boost my Testosterone naturally and I pray that God strengthens you Dr Igho
I'm 60yrs old now and feel like my T has tanked! I eat well and still train but have lost the appetite for it, and struggle to maintain muscle and keep fat off. Also libido has fallen off a cliff! Can see no other option but to get it checked and probably get on some TRT. Any thoughts and any downsides to TRT? Though at this age the downside would have to be pretty big to overcome the downside of low T!
Being that you're 60, a drop in natural T is to be expected. TRT might be a good route. 200mg over two weeks (not one) injected not all at once but rather with a small glucose sized pin every 3rd day at 40mg injections would be more similar to your body's natural daily releases. 200mg every week is too much, and getting a whole 200mg injection all at once is not natural at all even though people do it. I highly recommend you check out Dr. Andrew Huberman for knowledge in this area here on UA-cam - he's incredible.
... ah yes, yes you can boost testosterone naturally. I'm at 758ng/dL after losing 18kgs/ 40lbs and changing diet, nutrition, sleep, exercise, supplementation etc for me the single most important video was Dr Bergs one on steak and eggs for higher testosterone.
Dr Igho medication and Experience helped speed up my healing process, I wonder what might have become of me if i hadn't come across your Channel on UA-cam. God bless you Dr igho for helping me cure my Diseases naturally, God bless you.
So fat is bad for testosterone production but fat helos in making testosterone as well? So fats helps but also fat hurts but also its good to be skinny and have muscle?bevause it helps?production but it hurts production when you cut back on fats and calories? No wonder dudes do steroids as trying to keep your levels at?their highest sounds like not only a nightmare but an impossibility and a catch 22 all at the same time. Thanks for the video it just confirms that i need to get some steroids to get into shape hahaha
Thank you so helpful, but don't take supplements just eat raw real food, oysters if you're low, red meats, eggs and avocados are going to be your best friends in making/maintaining your manlyness :)

Zinc is essential to prevent testosterone from converting into estrogen
