I absolutely love this channel. Very informative, and interesting to listen. You have a great tone of voice, if that makes sense. Keep the info coming!
Lack of sleep makes me hunger whole day. Motivational speaker who says you are wasting your time by sleeping need to watch this video more than anyone need
I really like your videos! Thank you for the info. I do exercise 3 times a week and in other videos you have mentioned, how much protein we should take in a day. I am not sure if this protein intake refers to the day of exercising, or also to the day of pause.
Glad you like the videos. We have a video coming on just that topic but short answer: if your goal is building muscle, the protein intakes I've mentioned apply every day
This channel is amazing! I have a question about rest days ? On these days if I wanted to repair the muscles should I do no workouts or can I workout that day ? So how important are rest days ?
Generally, you don't want to lift heavy with the same muscle groups two days in a row. It won't kill you, it's just over time, your performance will decline over time
I've been wearing my fitbit at night for several months now and my average amount of sleep per night is about 6.5hrs 😴 no wonder my muscle and fat progress isn't going so well these days. Gonna have to get some more sleep I think!
Good video. A question - I had to wake up for urine like after 5 hours or sometime 4 hours, I usually have difficulty to sleep again and even if I get some sleep it is not good quality. Any tips?
hate it when that happens. Try keeping lights down to a minimum on your bathroom break. It may help to focus on your breathing while falling back asleep. Don't try to sleep, make yourself available for it to happen
In some short term studies it has had some benefits but long term it seems to be far less effective there is a possibility to develop a small reliance on it as your body may down-regulate it's natural melatonin production. I personally wouldn't recommend it

Your protein intake should be roughly the same every day, wether you workout or not. Just like creatine
@@anormalhickgamer5782 thanks 😁

@@rkirwan1 that is so great there will be a video about it! 😄 Thank you!

Watching this video at 4:30 in the morning and still no sleep
Me: hmmm interesting...
does naps in the afternoon count towards the hours you sleep at night?

It's likely a prostate issue.
The quality of getting eight hours of deep sleep is also important.
What if I go to bed at 1am or 2am but still sleep 8 hours does that matter?
Is it okay to take melatonin to improve sleep?
In some short term studies it has had some benefits but long term it seems to be far less effective there is a possibility to develop a small reliance on it as your body may down-regulate it's natural melatonin production. I personally wouldn't recommend it
What about naps??😊
Does creatine negatively affect sleep?
