Dude I cant thank you enough...I now have e-brake with 'x' button to one rca plug and 'RB' to another so I can play most any driving game..

For the people doing this.. dont use huge gauge wires like he's doing.. use thin 24 gauge wires. They are much easier to use and much easier to solder to boards.

How do you actually toggle between Assetto and Forza with the pigtails? Do you unplug and switch the wires or are they always connected.

I'm thinking about wiring an e-brake to an xbox controller (A or RB button) for Horizon 4.. Can you think of any reasons why that wouldn't work before i start striping a controller? A Wireless E brake would be cool lol
it will not work if you are on a wheel from what I know because when you hit the contoller button the wheel stops working untill you use the wheel again so I am not sure that would work
So is the menu button where the ground wire goes?
Is there anyway to do it without hacking into my steering wheel? Like could I just plug the joystick in?

i really dont like the idea of wires inside the 900 degrees of rotation part.. why cant it just be wired somewere in the base? after all, thats were everything else gets plugged in, like shifter, and pedals

You could but I would just use regular wire from say auto parts store I uses 20 ga

yes you can set it up for B as well I have another video on my channel showing all the points for B,X,Y,A and yes you have to use the same method as this one the other video shows it on my channel check it out if you still have questions let me know

Bro is this still connected with hot glue almost an year and half later? It still makes contact? I have a tmx with an aftermarket wheel, my board is disconnected from the wheel as yours so i wont have problems with broken wires or so, i tried to solder the b button but i suck, first time soldering so everything went wrong.. applied to much solder i think and b button appeared as always pressed in game. I desolder it and now im thinking to hot glue it, so does it still work bro?
Mine has been hot glued since I did the change and I have never had a problems still works perfect never had to fix it or anything

Why the hell would you wire it??? You all realize you can assign buttons right? I can make the x button everything from electronics to flashing my lights and everything in between, there is absolutely no reason you should have to solder ANYTHING y’all are fuckin crazy
