It's a bit old, but I have to sing my praises to another mod called Sim Settlements 2. As the name implies, it is a sequel/replacement for Sim Settlements, making your settlements transform from basic pockets of civilization to thriving communities. It's full of many side quests, 1000s of lines of well-acted dialogue, the best character known as "The Ron", and plenty of new systems as you rebuild the commonwealth. My only gripe is that I'm on Xbox, and man does that 2 GB limit sting. The mod and all three of its chapters fit, but you don't have room for anything else, you're either all in or out.

@@DKsDEVIL hey thanks for the update! I really appreciate it
Was that a cheek pic in thumbnail?
Ah yeah this would be relevant to me if the game wouldn't crash when I only have Sim Settlers 2 installed. Sounds like fun but too much pain to keep messing with.
Are these mods compitable with the new Fallout 4 update or it will cause any issue /problem on the game?
That thumbnail is a DLC sized mod
take a shot every time he says “a ton”
Can you open vault 4 in that mod ?
@Bethesda can we please get these dlc sized mods as actual dlc's? Fallout 4 has a horribly weak amount of extra dlc content. These are all fantastic and should be available to everyone!
Do these work with the newest update?
Open the links and look at the requirements under the report abuse and share buttons. If it doesn't have any you're usually good. You can also check when it was updated, and if it was post-nextgen update you're also good. Fourville looks like it's good to go!
