I've never heard of this band before, I don't really keep up with the music scene much anymore. This song was in my feed, and it feels like to me that metal and horror-core rap had a bastard baby, that baby grew up, got tired of everyone talking shit, and made this song. I love it. She's so unique there is no way to describe or encompass the essence of what makes her amazing. Her empathic ability to catch everything everyone thinks of in their heads, but won't say aloud is incredible.

Never did I think I would be so hooked on a song and a band so quick. Metal really isn't my most favorite genre of music, but I like a good super hard rock song every now and then. I first heard this song at a lake party and I was immediately hooked then I watched the music video....and I was hooked more. Maria is such an artist and she really takes her stuff to the next level! I think that this song is artistic because of how she reacts to all the "rumours" about her. Can't wait to see them in concert! This song also somehow summons ALOT of lightning during a thunderstorm and it's been raining alot where I am...and I have yet found a time where a shit ton of lightning doesn't appear while listening to this song...I LOVE IT.

I just recently got into In This Moment and absolutely love them! I haven't gotten into new music for probably 15 years! I love the way she owns her sexuality! Men always calling women whores and such. She comes out and is like, look at me! I'm a goddess and you know you want me and I'll bring you to your knees! Also, I'm really thrilled about women finally being accepted in heavy metal!
She just EXUDES feminem power. ITM albums are amazing. I stumbled across them from 2010 with Star Crossed Wasteland. And each album is just progressively better. (My fav song though is Half God, Half Devil off of Ritual.) Enjoy exploring more and more of this fantastic band

Welcome, this band is awesome, even their lighter stuff. Her voice at times is very soft and sounds amazing and can still be hard in the next moment, no pun intended.
The truth is, women are NOT accepted in heavy metal. Most will not last long on the scene, and the few that do, only get recognized after whoring themselves out to everyone and being super extra in videos and lyrics. That said, in this moment, halestorm and taylor momsen are freaking incredible.
People have always shamed women for owning their sexuality and not holding their tongue. Two things that she does, and I admire her for. She's so unapologetic for who she is, and that's a quality we should all strive to have. Be yourself, don't be ashamed, or let others bully you into changing. She's one of my top role models.

I totally discovered In This Moment by accident. I picked up their album The Dream because of my affinity for the Lewis Carroll tale and one of the tracks seemed to reference it. I have been enamored with them ever since. Maria is definitely a goddess.

I've never heard of this band before, I don't really keep up with the music scene much anymore. This song was in my feed, and it feels like to me that metal and horror-core rap had a bastard baby, that baby grew up, got tired of everyone talking shit, and made this song. I love it. And she has an absolutely beautiful voice, incredible range full of power.

Never did I think I would be so hooked on a song and a band so quick. Metal really isn't my most favorite genre of music, but I like a good super hard rock song every now and then. I first heard this song at a lake party and I was immediately hooked then I watched the music video....and I was hooked more. Maria is such an artist and she really takes her stuff to the next level! I think that this song is artistic because of how she reacts to all the "rumours" about her. Can't wait to see them in concert!

I just recently got into In This Moment and absolutely love them! I haven't gotten into new music for probably 15 years! I love the way she owns her sexuality! Men always calling women whores and such. She comes out and is like, look at me! I'm a goddess and you know you want me and I'll bring you to your knees! Also, I'm really thrilled about women finally being accepted in heavy metal!
She just EXUDES feminem power. ITM albums are amazing. I stumbled across them from 2010 with Star Crossed Wasteland. And each album is just progressively better. (My fav song though is Half God, Half Devil off of Ritual.)

The truth is, women are NOT accepted in heavy metal. Most will not last long on the scene, and the few that do, only get recognized after whoring themselves out to everyone and being super extra in videos and lyrics. That said, in this moment, halestorm and taylor momsen are freaking incredible.
People have always shamed women for owning their sexuality and not holding their tongue. Two things that she does, and I admire her for. She's so unapologetic for who she is, and that's a quality we should all strive to have. Be yourself, don't be ashamed, or let others bully you into changing. She's one of my top role models.

This song resonates with me. It’s exactly how I feel about moving to a posh neighborhood after growing up in what some people might call the ghetto. I totally discovered In This Moment by accident. I picked up their album The Dream because of my affinity for the Lewis Carroll tale and one of the tracks seemed to reference it. I have been enamored with them ever since. Maria is definitely a goddess.
