Synopsis:
A village girl Ponni (Radha )falls in love with an orphan (Kannan) with visual impairment. Her mother wishes her to marry a well-settled man (RadhaRavi) and opposes her decision to marry her lover, but she elopes with him. Unfortunately due to circumstances, she is married to Janagaraj. What happens next forms the crux of the story.
