About not showing their faces on the internet: I actually love the way you’re filming them, because they’re not the centre of attention, and more often than not they aren’t in the videos. But you’re also not avoiding the filming of them completely. Which makes it feel to me as a viewer that we sometimes get to see them but it’s not like: LOOK, HERES OUR BABIES! 👶🏼
I agree! And at this age their faces will change so much as they continue to grow. My nephew is now a year and a half and he doesn’t look anything like how he did even at 6 months

idk, it’s something i’ve also noticed for past few months in the vlogs and ryland does SO MUCH housework, yard work, doing everything for the babies and is so involved but shane is always in the background not doing much. yea he helps , but it’s obvious that ryland does mostly everything and it’s not even hating, it’s just observation 🤷🏽♀️
as a Montessori teacher, i see routine and order as essential in life and work. i love seeing you prioritize routine for the babes. it'll help them and YOU in the long run 💜
As someone who grew up without Routine, Order, and discipline.. yeah. It’s bad. I’m having to lesen to parent and nurture myself. You don’t realize how badly that shit effects a human and how they operate in life. Self discipline is so hard. Routine is hard. Which is wild because it always feels better.

Montessori school was a total game changer for me when I was a child! 🫶🏽 I started attending at 18 months old and loved every minute of it. Although the transition to public school was rough.

I’m getting the vibe that Ryland is present and Shane is there in case needed which he hopes doesn’t happen. There are telltale signs in other videos. I know I’m going to get backlash but I’ve followed them since the beginning and know how Shane works. He is an introvert, but also very social. I was really hoping that becoming a father would change him for the better. At least Ryland has a good family support system.

it’s so refreshing seeing someone i used to watch as a kid have twins 😭 i gave birth to my twin boys in september and god it is nice to be able to relate and watch someone else going through what my significant other and i are going through! fun and hardships! congratulations and you’re both doing amazing!! ❤

A little tip Shane for cinnamon rolls specifically, always cook them for less time than you're supposed to. You can always put them back in if they aren't cooked enough. Like for me I use Annie's cinnamon rolls and I always pull them out 4-5 minutes early. Kinda depends on your oven too.
