Who are Kara and Nate?!
Watch our documentary here: • 100th COUNTRY DOCUMENTARY
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married 2013 and were super “normal.” I was a teacher and Nate started a small printing business from the spare bedroom of our apartment.
We discovered the world of “travel hacking” while planning our honeymoon & became addicted ;)
So after 2 years of obsessively saving $35k and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016 for a “one year” trip around the world.
Our goal was to see as many places as possible before we ran out of money and went back home to “normal life.” We started this channel to share our experiences with friends and family, but quickly fell in love with living on the road and found a new passion for capturing our travels through video. So we did everything we could to keep going.
4 years later, we achieved our new goal of visiting 100 countries and all 7 continents. We had no plans to slow down, until 2020 forced us to ;) Which is when we bought a converted van to start exploring our own country for the first time!
After ~2 years of van life, we are back to full time international traveling! And now we are in our 9TH YEAR of finding the best adventures the world has to offer :)
We are incredibly grateful to be able to continue doing something we love every day. 😊🎥🌎 Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our journey!
00:00 Canada's longest train!
01:40 day 1: Prestige Class room tour
10:46 day 2: Rocky Mountains
18:12 day 3: full train tour!
26:42 day 4: first shower ;)
30:58 day 5: last day!

I broke my leg and was grounded on to the.couch. I have just watched all your videos from the start of your channel . I had seen them all but had forgotten a lot, wow you guys have come so far ... good on you both. I watched you and flying the nest and kinging it. You all got me through a hard time. Thank you all. ❤
My kids and I have been waiting all week for this video. We are from Canada and we were all dying to know how this trip was!!
Aww enjoy fam 🩷🥰
@@KaraandNate Love you both
Too bad it was during an awful cold snowy snap in the prairies the next week we had beautiful warm weather that melted all the snow!
Me too @KaraandNate. My parents always wanted to go on this trip but now they are too old.
I couldn't wait as well! I'm so thrilled you enjoyed this amazing train trip! Sending you both big hugs from Ontario Canada. ❤🌷🦌🍁🍂
My best friend and I did this in 2019 when I was moving from Vancouver (my hometown) to Toronto for university. Let me tell you, this trip looks very different if you do it on the cheapest possible ticket… 4 days of being crammed in a car with a dozen other people and 4 nights sleeping in what were essentially reclining airplane seats. Still one of my best travel experiences!
I took the Via rail in 2019 too, but I went from Toronto to Vancouver. Being crammed together was the best part. You're forced to talk to people you normally wouldn't be & it really gives you an opportunity to get to know them.
But unlike a plane you can still walk around and meet people, socialize, eat in the restaurant.
@@TwistyTrav Until inevitably someone brings out their guitar because they think everyone wants to listen to them.
NOTHING TO BE PROUD OF !!!!! ON CONTRARY !!! EXPENSIVE LIKE HELL AND SLOW LIKE SNAIL IN 3 - rd WORLD COUNTRY !!!!
Kara I adore seeing how joyful you look in your videos! I appreciate how you look after your mental health and how honest you are about it.
I love them but if they really care about their mental they'll stop using BetterHelp. BetterHelp is a terrible, shady service that causes more problems than it solves. This is well-documented.
Nate saying "canapés" gave me the laugh I needed today
It drove me crazy every time he said it!!
Hahaha!! Came to look for this comment. I wondered if I’ve been pronouncing it wrong my whole life…because one of us must be 🙈😂
He put the emPHASis on the wrong sylLABle.
It's supposed to be pronounced Can-uh-pees. I laughed at that too.
Canapé is French. The pronunciation is
canna-pay 🙂
Nates genuine curiosity and thoughtfulness is unmatched. Kara's genuine kindness and appreciation for every moment and thoughtfulness is unmatched.
In all explanations of the sense, We have literally (more than others, myself included) watched their channel grow right in front of our eyes, we (at least me) honestly didn’t think they would grow as big as they are now, and even if their channel grew to where it is now, they are both incredibly humble and down to earth, giving the nice aura about them as being relatable, it’s great that they’re both so down to earth and humble about themselves and everything
That trip is the most expensive class to take.period who wouldn,t enjoy first class ultra.
I’m sooo very glad you loved Canada and the service you were provided !
We live in a beautiful place and are so very lucky to have you guys appreciate it as well !
To hear all the positive words you said about our country people that have travelled all over the world
Your a class act Kate and Nate
Thank you very much for the cards and presents, everyone! We adore your vids and you guys! It was a pleasure meeting you. hugs
I did that trip in 1969 when I was 12, but from the other direction. My dad got a job in Vancouver and we took the train from Toronto to Vancouver. In my brain the 3.5 day trip lasted approximately 76 years, especially since I had to share a small room with my older brother.
I've wanted to take this train, FOREVER. Unfortunately my health drained my bank account and at 70 I probably won't be able to recover. I guess I travel vicariously through you both....THX!!
Hello sir, i wish you the best in your life and pray for your health and happiness. I hope things take a turn for the better ❤
I hope you have great health ahead
May you have a full recovery soon. 🎉
I hope you have a full recovery and get to ride the train one day
GOD WILL BLESS YOU! YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RETURN TO YOUR TRAVELS
Kara, everyone deserves to be happy and loved! We all love your videos and love seeing your adventures, but it’s also so much better when you’re just loving life and enjoying yourself. That’s what we connect on. We may never travel to the places you visit and we may forget the fun facts you share, but we all watch to see the laughter and fun you and Nate have exploring the world. ❤
I just love this video and I love Canada ! I loved that you guys liked it . What a genuine review and beautifully edited video !!!! Loved every minute of it
Kara and Nate really make us feel like we are traveling the world right by their side. ♥
Andres: Thanks for showing up and representing!!
The fact that you were courteous to your fellow passengers that were eating opposite you, strengthens my already existing belief, that you are both good people. God bless and long may you travel. Thanks for letting us be part of your epic journey.
So happy you're making looking after yourselves a priority. Tickled you got to see beautiful Alberta. I love it here. I also loved "There's no toe warmers stuck in the wall ... LUXURY!" Thanks for sharing your adventures with us!
I just turned 33 and my fiancé who I’ve been with for 11 years, just turned 36. It’s so awesome watching, rooting for you from East TN!
Hi Kara & Nate ~ can’t wait to watch your vlog on the second part of your journey - I live in a rehabilitation centre as I suffer with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and lupus. I’m either bedbound or wheelchair bound - I can only dream about all your travels - your content is great, and so is everything else - thank you for all you do and all your hard work in putting the vlogs up ~ sending loads of love and loads of hugs to you both ~ Xxx Xxx
I’m so glad y’all liked the gifts and cards! We love you guys and your videos!! It was so nice to meet you. Hugs🤗
How ever did you manage to catch up to them??? Well played. Justice for Ukraine 🇺🇦 💜.
I took this train back in 2019 in the Coach (economy) section, and let me tell just say you're missing out on a hell of an experience. Sure, you don't have a private room with any real accommodations... BUT the people you meet & the stories you make with them, when you're forced to spend a long time in such close proximity to complete strangers are truly priceless. By far, that was the best part for me. Its also a bit satisfying to know that 1st class passengers aren't allowed in the front, because neither are economy class passengers allowed any further back past the 1st casual dining car. Economy passengers don't have access to the fine dining area at all, even if they were willing to pay. So you're forced to bring 4 days worth of non-perishable snacks, or just purchase every meal. You also don't have any access to shower facilities & the one bathroom is shared among the entire economy car.
I took it a few years ago and had a bed in the hallway, but made friends with people before we even left BC and it was a grea experience not feeling like I had to spend time in my room that costs $$$$
Let people enjoy their experienced the way they want to. Get off your soapbox.
@@Lynne9070 Clearly, people value privacy and luxury enough to pay $10k for the prestige class. Me, personally, I could think of a lot better ways to spend that money. But to each their own.
Awesome video as always Kara and Nate. Train travel is such a unique experience of traveling. Can't wait for more Van adventures. Thanks for letting us ride along with y'all on y'all's adventures.
I love you guys, I really love the conversation around mental health and normalizing therapy. However, I REALLY wish you would stop promoting Better Help. It is probably one of the sneakiest, worst services in the world. They’ve been sharing private information for money, they treat their therapists horribly and that leads to worse treatment for patients. Therapy is super important and necessary, Better Help is a parasite of a company and I cannot believe that after all they’ve done they’re still getting UA-camrs agreeing to promote them. Please please consider cutting ties with them. I have so much respect for you guys and I know others do too and I hate to think that people are willingly giving this company money because of that respect for you. Thank you for the consideration.

Right?? They had a huge scandal a few years ago, and I still see them sponsoring youtubers everywhere. so disappointing.
I didn’t know this! Thanks for commenting, I’m totally looking this up

Being a Canadian it's awesome to see canada through my fav travel vlogers eyes! Jasper is definitely my happy place
Too bad they didn't know about the Bear's Paw Bakery:(
Jasper looks awesome, definitely next trip to the rookies i want to go there.
Oh nice! welcome to Canada Kara and Nate! So lovely to have you here! Just to put it into perspective, I am located 50 mins east of Eamon and Beck! When you come to Canada be prepared to be pampered. And FYI ... I didnt even know how luxurious the trains here were so thank you for showing us that. Now I have to book a train travel trip just to experience it. And I have never even been on a train so this has to be on my bucket list! I also have to say what an amazing shot just to see that other train travelling on that bridge in the gorgeous sunlight! Wow that was a stunning view! thank you for that! Lots of love Cherie and Miss Willow my puppy! Here in Canada! 🥰
As a Canadian who speaks both English and French listening to Nate and Kars say place names and instructions has been a blast. Best ones have to be Capreol and Canaapehs. (Canapés)
Two years have flown by!
I am so thrilled after travelling the whole WORLD, you made it to my home city, Vancouver, Canada.
You two just took the train trip, my parents took together.
30 (almost) happy married years.
My late mother (as of 2019) is smiling down on you two.
Happy marriage, happy travels.
So much love.
Thank you for showing me, some of their best memories, in your own view.
Only crying a little, promise.
Beautiful! My condolences🙏🏽 God Bless You🙌🏽

I JUST now finished watching the first leg of this journey in the US, and now I'm here for the Canadian train! I waited until now so I can binge! You have no idea how excited I am to see this episode! LOVE Kara and Nate train content, and Canada does everything right, so I imagine this is going to be epic! ❤ Here we go! Thanks you two!
I've done the road trip from Ontario to Alberta twice, and absolutely loved it!! Can't imagine by train how stunning it must be to be able to sit and really enjoy the views..I lived in Alberta for a few years and the Rocky Mountains are my favorite place in the world! Happy for you that you got to see the amazing views of our beautiful Country!
After starting from the very beginning of watching Kara and Nate from the very beginning, I can now say, I have caught up to the most recent! (Up until they publish another video after this one.) Boy what a ride its been! :)
This episode just warmed my heart. I’m so proud of my home country of Canada. I’m so glad you enjoyed your trip. Canada is such a beautiful country.
Kara, I bawled like a baby watching the last episode of Ted Lasso. Like you, I didn’t want it to end. I haven’t loved a show as much as Ted Lasso since Friends. Safe travels and take care of one another.❤
Ive been subscribed to your channel since you were sitting on just under 1 million subscribers. Every single video you show me something new and different and make me feel like Im there.....its a neat trick. Im a heavily disabled Aussie who's never left Australia. Thanks for taking me to all the places I will never get to go to myself, its a unique way to see the world (with the added bonus that my bones dont ache from the cold!). Looking forward to seeing where you take me next Sunday.
I am a born and raised Saskatoon, Saskatchewan girl and I live in Vancouver atm but I'm back to the Rockies soon in Banff national park..ive been watching you guys forever .so proud of this video. Love you guys ,you rock .
I’m so glad you enjoyed your train ride through Canada! I live on Vancouver Island, but I used to live in small town Alberta. The views are incredible! ❤
Aww Andre that was sweet ❤ Been watching y'all for years and each and every video makes me smile! Love you guys!!
I want to say thank you to both of you guys. I take care of my husband. He is not able to travel. I get to see places that I have never been, when you guys film adventures. It really means a lot to me. Thank you so much. I can see places too, and still take care of my sweetheart.
So glad for this video, thanks! This train trip has been on my bucket list for quite a while. Hope it happens some day for sure!
Thank you! Thanks for showing an upscale experience I would otherwise not hear about!!! Well done!
Your videos just give me a reason to start my Saturday mornings with a better attitude, a better sense of adventure of what lies ahead, with positivity and wonder. I mean, it’s Saturday morning, ‘my day’, when years ago it was all about cartoons, cereal to start the fun-day, followed by the adventures that awaited the day. Now it’s coffee, K&N, and future travel planning, let the day’s adventure(s) begin! 🥰💪✌🌠
Nate’s happy dance was allll the JOY I needed today!!! 🥰😂🙌🏼❤️🥳
I’m so excited you guys got to stop in Jasper! I live 2.5 hrs away from there in Alberta and can honestly say I don’t spend enough time in that area and around the Rockies enough but I’m so glad you guys had a fantastic trip across our great country. It’s a bucket list thing to do forsure! Also got to hike behind Mt Robson when I was in high school for a few days and if you ever end up back in this area I HIGHLY recommend doing that hike for the views!
i live near vancouver and it makes me so happy when you guys enjoy the things we have to offer😌 i’m glad you had a wonderful trip!
I haven’t watched you guys for ages but coming back to hear Kara mess up and laugh… followed by “sorry” as she swivels the table and nearly knocks the glasses off, pronounces the French like an amateur and sings Ohhhhh Canada, demonstrating how you walk around stylishly Kara style and enjoy the scenery and Nate saying “Canapés” 😂😂😂. Missed watching you guys!!
Kara the body is always bodying girl!!! Was it the cycling that made you 100 times more toned? How do you look awesome all the time??? My partner is giving me the side eye as I type this comment. He doesn’t know girls compliment each other like this just bcos we support other women!!! You go girl!!! 🥰
OMG Nate you say Toronto like you have lived here all your life!!!! Amazing!! Thank you for the Canadian Adventure video. Wish I could have welcomed you to Toronto personally, love you guys! Love your adventures, can't wait to see where you go next!
Thank you for your pronunciation of "canapés" Nate, and Kara's general mangling of French! It made me giggle with appreciation of your kindness and enthusiasm!❤
Love that you took us along on this epic train ride. Being from the east coast of Canada though, actually all the way East in Newfoundland and Labrador, every time you said we are taking a train ride all the way across Canada I would say “Nooooo, your only going to Toronto!!” Lol. It’s the Newfie in us I guess to correct people lol. Love you guys and are so glad you enjoyed your train ride in Canada. Safe travels and maybe someday you might get to explore the rest of Canada and come visit the Rock!!!!
I hope ‘24 is a better year for you Kara! Slow things down, catch your breath and enjoy the moment! ❤
Amtrak from Chicago to the west usually has an observation car. The East Coast trains have meals like airplanes (heat and eat) where the trains from Chicago to the west have a kitchen and amazing food. The NY line that goes north and south have to be single level because of bridges and tunnels.
Excellent episode, especially compared to last week. The experience and customer service is amazing. Coach dude sounded like it was personal, lol. Good work!!!
Kara’s vibes in the morning and her excitement about meals totally resonates with me! I like her so much because she and I are the same.😂
I’m always so happy when I’m sorta early to a video! You guys have really inspired me to start traveling again! I have a little fear of planes but you guys have helped me overcome that fear! Thank you Kara and Nate
I did this trip several years ago in the summer. I’m so glad to see it in the winter. Stunning!
Awesome video. Thanks for taking us through this journey. I hope one day to meet ya'll. Ya'll are such good people.
Oh gosh! After all these years I’m only just getting over you guys pronouncing the H in vehicle and now you go and throw “canapés” in the mix!! 😂 Brilliant!!
This trip will definitely be on the lotto win bucket list, stunning!
🤣 I'm so here for this! Can-aaaaa-peyz
As part of an amazing video of course 😍
Haha came here to (gently) tease Nate about this too. Hilarious.
"Vee-hickle" is definitely a southern US thing.
@@llaughridgewait, how do you pronounce vehicle without slightly sounding the H? Also, yes, I was also came to the comments to look to see if anybody else noticed the pronunciation of canapé. 😂
Oh My Goodess.....I am travelling from Australia and doing this trip in August and I am even more excited now than I already was. Kara and Nate, thank you for yet another fantastic video and experience ❤
August will be a beautiful time of year to do it!❤️
You will love Canada!
My mom grew up in Blue River so it was such a surreal experience to hear it mentioned in your video. This trip is a dream of mine. Looks gorgeous!
Also! For those interested in the history of Canada....building a transcontinental railroad was a core component of how Canada became a nation. So this particular route is important on a historical basis as well as just being phenomenally gorgeous.
We rode coach from Vancouver to Jasper return one winter, and obviously it was not as comfortable but we still got the epic views from the dome car. We spent Christmas at Whistler's Inn, which was shown in the video during your stop in Jasper. I love how much you enjoyed the trip. I teared up at the gifts from your subscriber in Saskatoon. Excellent video!

SAMMEEEE!!!!
I can't believe I just heard you say Saskatoon. 🥰 My hometown! Glad you mentioned the sunrise. We are the Land of Living Skies.
Lol Kara’s awe at the skytrain going over the skybridge 😂 I ride that everyday and while the views from up there are always spectacular, I definitely take it for granted. It’s so fun to see my corner of the world through your eyes ❤
And we love you too!! Glad you rode the "Canadian"...she is a beautiful experience! Now, go stay at the Royal York in Toronto! Cheers from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦
Kara, I love watching your videos and seeing you so happy! Thank you for taking care of your mental health and being so open about it. ❤❤❤

Me and my family have been planning the same route and class for December. I am thankful for letting me know.
Kara and Nate, speaking of Saskatoon, you should visit in the summer. There's places like The Berry Barn, where you can pick Saskatoon Berries along the banks of the beautiful South Saskatchewan River, then there's music festivals on the grounds of Bessborough, which is a Bavarian castle-style hotel. Lots of awesome stuff.
That sounds wonderful!
I rode this same trip in May 2016 but stayed in a bottom berth which was itself quite comfortable! The quality of the meals blew me away and far exceeded what I'd have expected on a train, thanks Amtrak. Now I want to ride again in Prestige class!
OMG the food was so good! I thought it was going to be like plane food
@@erikainglasses SAME! And I grew up with Amtrak, so my expectations were low without being quite plane food low...I did not expect THAT.
So fine and I wish Kara and Nate had a channel just like theirs to watch!! Where they soared in Delight seeing a new vid just came on. Such instant Happiness 😁 🎯
I had the pleasure of doing that trip from Toronto to Vancouver, in coach, it was amazing experience. I got to see the beauty of my home country and how different it is as you make your way across Canada. I’m a proud Canadian and I recommend anyone to do this train journey.
My boys and I just finished a podcast called On the Night Train so I was so happy that we came across your first video last week that we watched about train travel. It’s been a fun experience to learn all about trains and your experience.

Thank you for another great video! These last 2 videos really made us fall in love with train travel! Enjoy the next adventure!
Can’t believe I’ve only been watching since your cruise last Jan… with everything y’all have done it feels like years!!!!
I need to do that, as soon as I hit the lottery. That looked like so much fun, and like you did it at the best time of the year. To see the Rockies on such a clear winter day was amazing. Thanks for sharing. Love yah Nancy
Hey the general public gets to take vacations from their jobs and you should too! Take a break. Take a vacation!
Im from canada and i dont use the train but you two definitely made it look good and appealing! So glad and proud that you loved it so much !
If I were them, I would plan on taking at least a day or 2 in every city they travel to, just to do stuff without filming and if you find something interesting then film it but if not oh well.
I did the California Zephyr for my birthday last October and it was so wonderful riding from Chicago to Emeryville. I loved every minute of it being said Amtrak definitely needs to put in money into upgrading their train carts. The train that I rode on # five is probably 50 years old and you can see that. The service was great. The ride was wonderful, but they definitely can benefit from upgrades. I think more people would be encouraged to use Amtrak to go cross country if the train carts themselves were upgraded.
As usual … a wonderful vlog! Thanks K&N for sharing the world as you see it with us! ❤
I was waiting for this Video i can already tell it’s gonna be great thank you guys for giving us a view into this amazing journey love you both ❤❤
Thanks for the clarification, comparing Amtrak vs upscale.
Love this! I'm from just outside of Vancouver (you guys went through my town at about 9:52!!) and it's always cool seeing my city and country from the persepctive of others. I actually took the Amtrak to Seattle last week and loved it! Hope to do this trip one day!
Vancouver here, Was cool to see you jogging in my neighborhood literally a block away from where I live. Glad you enjoyed the trip.
The outside of the train + the scenery looks like a scene from Snowpiercer❄️
Love that show and movie.
I saw the first 10 seconds and I thought the same😅
also something about the way the guy asked "are you from the back of the train?" gave me huge snowpiercer vibes
Awesome! You two definitely need to explore Canada more in the summer as well by road travel. You would love the east coast areas!
Thanks for sharing. I always wanted to see what that ride is like.
Took the train from winnipeg to toronto when i moved there for university... i had a coach seat. The girl next to me spent the summer planting trees in BC. It was pretty cool!
I just realized I really do love the train content from y’all! Prolly bc the first time I tuned in was for the first trans Siberian train series so now it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy to see new stuff! Luhyabye ❤❤
Prolly????
Their Siberian train series was also the first thing I ever watched from them, got me hooked.
You always pick the best opening music Kara!
The people who remember her 'Travel Day Music' from episodes 1-20 would beg to differ! 😄
The rockies are the best. I drive through them every summer to get to the Okanagan. I am so glad you got to experience them.
Thank you for the giggle saying canapes... :)
Thank you for sharing...as an Islander located in Eastern Canada please know that there is sooo much more of Canada east of Toronto - These provinces include: Quebec a large French part of Canada, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland considering there are 10 provinces in Canada there is still so much more to see, I hope you visit these areas and show case their beauty as well one day! The Maritime Provinces are so different and unique than the central and western part of Canada. You wont be disappointed coming to see us! And lets not forget about the territories!

I've been lucky to travel with VIA from coast to coast since I was a little kid and even worked on board for some time as an adult. It's such an amazing experience! I'm glad you enjoyed it 😍
I love how Kara automatically laid down on the far side of the bed (against the wall) because she just knew who was getting the morning coffees. You guys are couples goals.
I’ve subscribed to you guys for years and watched you religiously, which is why it’s so disappointing to see that you are selling your morals by continuing to accept sponsors from better help. There is no way you are oblivious to the exposure of the corruption of this company that has continued now for at least 5 years. They were legally proven and vindicated for selling users private information shared during therapy to advertisers for money, not to mention the neglect in hiring therapists, leading to very damaging behaviour from people dealing with those even on emergency hotlines. They are risking peoples lives and benefitting from their pain. Please stop accepting their bribes, I really don’t want to have to stop supporting you guys.
At a minimum please really look into it yourselves first.
I think it's not fair them comparing Amtrak to a $10,000 train ride lol
the train scenery from halifax ns to toronto is spectacular
love to meet you guys in person been watching since u left for travel
After withholding from watching the previous video till now, I can enjoy these two episodes continuously and happily!, thanks for your usual fantastic content you guys.
Love y’all but “across Canada” on a train doesn’t mean Vancouver to Toronto. It means Vancouver to Halifax, Nova Scotia! I gotta stick up for us East coasters ❤️
Across county generally means from one large city on the coast to the next large county on the other side. Just like how across America is New York to Seattle even though there are several states East of New York. This applies to any county, not just northern America. Like how "across Italy" is Rome to Venice even though there are many towns North of Venice and South of Rome.
Love the video but please research better help. There are various class actions against them, they violate HIPAA on a regular basis selling your data to third parties and therapists are terrible (there are tons of videos on it on YT and tiktok). You have so much money, you don't need their sponsor deal.
I feel like all these UA-camrs know it sucks, but are stuck in a contract. But idk 🤷♀️
Honestly I loved my therapy with Better Help. Maybe I’m the outlier but it saved me. I hope it can help others too but I’m glad you shared this also. All sides need to be accounted for.
Therapists that sell your data? Oh wow.
You don’t know every persons experience with the app and you do not know all of their reasons for the sponsorship in this video. Don’t make assumptions.
I’ve heard nothing but terrible experiences with Betterhelp. I personally also had a bad experience with two different therapists.
I was just inJasper today! Im so happy yall got to experience our beautiful canada in this light.
Come to the Cape Breton highlands in spring or summer! Some of the coastal towns in the highlands have a rich beautiful French Acadian culture and the highlands are beautiful the most popular tourist site is the skyline trail.
There’s far more to Canada east of Toronto lol - also bizarre comparison of this and Amtrak if the price is astronomically more. Really miss the old Kara and Nate and this just solidifies it - they’re travelling for content, not for enjoyment and it shows. Can’t wait to see what the next first class airline seat or ultra-luxury hotel room is 🤪
So true! It would be so nice if they showed the destinations rather than the luxury travel to get to the destinations. So many amazing sights and eats they could’ve documented in Vancouver and Toronto but instead showed how to use the light switches and shower on the train. I miss the old travel vlogs that inspired so much travel in the past
@@kfu1234 If you're taking a train instead of a plane, being on the train IS the point. The destinations are of little relevance.
@@jaywinner328The train was $10k+ more - and it wasn’t even a good train, it was an old Via train with nothing impressive, all of what you see once you get past Banff is just flat boring land lol - I’d much rather see the destination frankly. Do not care about ultra-luxury methods of getting to places, ultra-luxury luxury places to stay in these places and/or ridiculous “challenges” - I just miss their old videos
I did enjoy the vlog but you needed to be in the other class of cabin to make a fair comparison
