To be honest making a lab created stone looks so much more stressful. If I cut a simple emerald cut amethyst everyone Ik is like “wow it’s so pretty” but that’s because it’s natural and I found the stone myself and I’m young everyone gives me more credit. Then I watch you and people at your skill level and I’m blown away. Cutting those perfect facets on simulated stone it’s so much more impressive because i don’t have interest in the stone I have interest in the way it was cut. Simulated stone is like worth the same as glass in my opinion but I would pay good money for anything that pretty and impressively cut.
Beautiful color on that rough. Nicely cut Mike. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you!
Hi Mike. I have all of Jeff's books so I look forward to trying out this design. Thank you for sharing it.
Tam, let me know how the gem turns out when you cut one with this design.
Nice work mike, that stone really is brilliant. The color is sure spot on for columbian material.
Thanks Brent!
when I see such a beautiful work I become a little more fan of synthetic stones, thank you for sharing this beauty💎🖖
Thank you!
