    This is the most beautiful meditation I've ever done. I have horrific chronic pain and this is the only thing that helps.

    Elena, I listen to your kind, loving and healing meditations almost every day. I feel so grateful to you and your guided yoga nidra. Your gentle voice and your perfect sequence helps move me out of my stressed nervous system and allows me to at last relax and heal, returning to me my energy and vitality. This one I like the most with the bright light visualisation and sharing the benefits with all other beings. Thank you for sharing your gift of healing and returning peace and sanity to us. ❤❤

    Is it OK to have palms downwards. If I have them. Upwards I find find it uncomfortable and distracting. Thank you.

    This was good except you don’t give enough time to do the sanpaka (sp) three times.

      Do you mean Sankalpa? If yes, in the next meditation it will be more time for it :) Enjoy!
