Thank you for your video truly appreciate it... It's a very good idea. Building one from pallets. Hopefully I can make a video 😂 step by step... Hopefully 😁
Hingez it works very well for me, it holds up and is stable no wobble or flexing. I train my arms on friday so if you would like i can post a video of me using it so you can see how well it holds up.
thanks for the reply man, im a DIYer myself and like your idea, was just wondering if it was holding up well to use. Going home and building one of these today! keep up the good work man. Seen your reverse hyper as well been thinking about making one of them. You happy with how it turned out?
Hingez yes that is also holding up well, i use it 3 times a week, 3 sets of 20 with 100lbs before every workout for a warm up and i love it. Yeah you save so much money by DIY for sure, and glad i could help you with the videos.
I made it out of 3" foam 3/8s ply wood and vinyl. Take the foam and cut to size then get carriage bolts line them up were you want them in the ply wood then drill holes for them to go into put them in then use the vinyl to wrap the foam on the ply wood like a present then use a staple gun to tack it down on the back side, after that just put in on and bolt it down
Perhaps you are right, i had it for 2 years and never had a issue with it. Worked great. Only reason i got rid of it was because i didnt have enough room for the new equipment i bought. But if you can make that simple design better i encourage you to 😌 thanks for the comment.
Final product came out clean for being wood good job man
Thank you sir.
Thank you! I’m going to follow your design idea.
You are welcome sir, im glad i was able to help. 😌
What is good angel to make arm rest?
I did mine at a 30 using a table saw but i believe a 50 or even 47 degree would be best with a miter saw.
But you can make it at whatever angel you want just find whats comfortable for you if you dont like the 50 degree cut.

I hope this helps if not i can make a how to video
I think it def works but I dont like the idea of having to go on the seat that way,i think a more simple design is better
