Just finished binge watching all your videos! This is an awesome DIY approach, definitely inspired. Thank you so much. Looking forward to adding this project and others to my home gym. Thank you, and keep them coming!
Your videos are great, I'll be finishing your seal row bench as soon as the foam padding is delivered. You mentioned in this project that for racks with holes smaller than 1 inch, a bolt should be used instead of a dowel. Do you have a suggestion for how to secure that to the rack? I am thinking of using hitch pins but wanted to see if you had any suggestions. Thanks for making these videos. I have been doing DIY in my home gym for a few years, but your videos have opened up new ideas I hadn't thought of.
Hey, glad you enjoy the channel! For 5/8” holes, hitch pins work well to keep it in place. I’ve seen quite a few people use them since I originally posted this video.
@@KaizenDIYGym maybe I'll build one just like yours Or something similar. I have a commercial grade curl bench preacher that I bought for only $ 75 (of which the video is on my channel. Mine still takes up space so if I try to make one more space friendly.
Hey bro new to the channel and man nice work love the dark stain. Anyway u could do a wall mounted cable crossover? Or bench press ? Great stuff bro keep it coming

diy bench/dumbbells
Diy bench
I can’t give too much away but I am working on a large project that will include a diy bench.
Anything Titan has made that you can make even cheaper.
@@marcusandreheng3054 Concrete molds, I've made 45 lb plates and dumbbells
I can't decide if I love you or hate you because I don't have time for these builds but want them all.
Haha, I know how you feel. Most of my projects take 2-3 hours tops, depending on the tools you have. The dumbbell rack took a bit longer.
That came out great! I dig the tattoos and that organ music 🎶 😆🤣
Glad you dig my vibes brother 😎
Looks like the Mikolo Smith machine. Very nice. I will definitely be attempting my own version of this.
Excellent build! Already starting to think how I'm going to add this to my rack. Thank you so much for sharing.
That’s awesome to hear. I’d love to see what you come up with.
this looks super sharp
Thank you Scott! I appreciate it.
This channel is going to blow up, very creative.
Thanks man! I really hope so! I’ve got lots of great builds planned out for the next year.

Hey, that's awesome! Thanks so much! I'm trying to one big project every two weeks and smaller ones in between.
Another killer build
Thanks so much! My goal is to do a unique take on each item I build and design it in a way that others can easily replicate. I'm glad you dig it!
Padding - Old Bed Pillows - OR NEW CHEAP ones from the BLUE W . FKN AWESOME KAIZEN !
That’s smart! And a lot easier!
Would love to see more of these, especially something for seated or standing calves (or both?)
That’s definitely doable, I’ll add it to my list!

I just finished my today. The only thing I'm going to change is put thicker foam on the chest pad and wrap it around a bit.
That’s a great idea
I built mine today, thank you very much!
Awesome, I can’t wait to see it. If you’re on Instagram, tag me and I’ll repost it.
Smart man right there. Saved me couple hundred bucks
Awesome, I love to hear it!
How about an adjustable version maybe with hinges?
That would be interesting!
So freaking nice!
Thank you so much! It’s a great addition to my power rack, I use it all the time. If you make one, I’d love to see it!

Exactly, I also had a full preacher bench but it took up too much space. This one is great because it’s out of the way when I’m not using it.
Can you modify this to make a rack attachment of a captains chair for lower abs?

Thank you so much! I’ll add those to my list. We’re you thinking a wall mounted bench press, or just standard bench press?
A standard one maybe a 4 post style I love wood working but not good at it lol these are great attachments for the power rack
Hey I know U have a power rack but is there anyway u could do a power rack with 4x4 posts with the preacher curl attachment and a lat pull down ?
Nice! 💪🏽
Thanks 🔥
Haha found you here too💪🔥
I’m everywhere!
Please make some jammer arms
I am working on jammer arms right now 👍
Maybe build it so that it simply drops in to your J hooks. The bottom board will simply be weighted against the rack.
That’s a great idea, I’ll give it a try!
What would be the first project for most people getting started?
The easiest project is the wall mounted plate storage I recently released. The only tool required is a cordless drill.
And what if you don’t have a power rack

please dont straighten your arms completly while doing this excersise... you will hurt your muscles with that and btw very nice build.
Thanks for the tip! And thanks for watching!
I don't think everyone have all that machinery in their houses.
Facts!
