funny enough I - accidentally - always made my baked chicken breast like that and you are right - it's wonderful. I never liked chicken breast before, because it can get dry and bland, but cooked like this and marinated in that italian-inspired spice/herb mix infuses it with so much flavour. I tend to make it with baked vegetables (sheet pan dinner ftw!!). Big thumbs up from me!!!

Made this for dinner. We loved it!! Thank you Dani! I didn’t have dill at home, so used chopped coriander, and added some curry and turmeric powder into the sauce. It turned out amazing.

Speaking of current chicken choices, there was a recent insightful article in the Wall Street Journal about consumer outrage over tough, stringy, flavorless chicken being sold today. I thought it was me screwing up recipes but no! Producers are of course always trying ways to get birds to market sooner, flavor and texture be damned. Fast food chain Wendy’s is now growing their own chickens using a more natural process and customer complaints have dropped significantly. I started buying organic small farm chicken breasts, at a higher price naturally, but it is a game changer as you say. Great recipe ideas. Thank you!

Honestly, it makes a great sauce while it bakes so it doesn't even need extra sauce! Although, you can make this sauce with almond yogurt if you prefer.

I did it with drumstick 🍗 instead didn’t cook all the way through. I realize it didn’t marinate well bc it wasn’t submerged in the dressing. I will try again with chicken breast. I have to get myself a meat tenderizer will see how it goes
