ngl, thats just something we have to do ourselves. every person has different timetables my tip for you: write a timetable with 'buffer time' , prioritize work with respect to the time when you feel you are productive. for example, i like to wake up at 4 am and get down with the hardest tasks of the day right in the morning because i am way more efficient early in the morning. also, give a set (yet flexible) amount of time for every activity you need to do. so ig thats it i hope it helped

I lost about 8 kg just by eating clean I was at peace always. I truly loved myself during this time also my acne literally disappeared. I got stronger and thanks to that my life changed yk ofc I went back to a slump but now I am going out of it finally and going for it again. I wonder how long can I last. I hope I can go for the rest of the year. I will update here whenever i will remember. It does work. Remember that not everything fails. You can do it and enjoy it too. It's fun to get to know yourself. Keep going! I will too.

Try finding a hobby or sport to do so you could dedicate your time to it instead of wasting your time on things like p*rn, video games, and binge warching.
you can always start with the baby steps like: "no porn or games or videos until i do something productive" then increase the thing, until you no longer do it or replace porn video game or videos with something else you love
This isn't what Monks do at all. Start your day by cleaning for 2 hours then go into the village to collect food offerings from the townspeople. Then meditate for 4 hours. That is "Monk Mode"

I believe it's subconscious poisoning. We should take seriously and scrutinize all the content we consume, even music.
