@@viewer1288 Thank you! What I really focus on is the value of the content and what I’m truly passionate about while helping others! I'm glad that I'm foolish enough to believe that I can actually start making money through my passions. I've never thought that I'd be able to gain more than 2k subs faster. I can't imagine how many opportunities could have been wasted if I didn't have courage to go after them. That includes having this channel, being in a management role, having the people who actually care about me for who I am, freelance gigs, being an ambassador in a creative community and now I'm also planning on honing my public speaking skills through joining a toastmaster club and these all happened in 2023. It started with writing them all down on a piece of paper. A paper that serves as a reminder for me to go after what I want even through hard times. I'm not bragging about my accomplishments but simply hoping that this message can also inspire others to believe in themselves.
Doing my battle plan for 2024. These advices lead to greatness, it won't come in single week, so persisance is crutial. I would just add meditation to the routine. I know it's being mentioned everywhere, but it was probably the most life changing habit I applied. I'm more connected to my people, nature, my self. It helps to tap into that masculine life energy I did not know I had in me. Peace brothers, 2024 is our year.
I basically went monk mode this year. Graduated from university last year and applied my ass off. Stopped going to the club, smoking weed, and concerts/events. Applied to 1000+ applications on LinkedIn alone and stayed very lowkey and worked on myself. It was silently painful in a way but necessary. Got my first offer in October as an IT Systems Analyst/Engineer and it felt like the biggest win in along time for me. Make good money for my age now and I’m just plain proud of myself. Gonna treat myself nice next year but still going to remain consistent, open up a Roth IRA account too.
I think the best advice is stop overthinking and just wing it. Gotta take action and leap of faith. Waiting for the best/safe time to act, will never come.
Greyscale is the single easiest and most impactful thing you can do to immediately see less attraction to your devices. You can easily turn color back on for maps or photos and turn it off for browsing and games. Will make it possible to put the thing down when time comes vs time warp. Turning off sound is similarly impactful, particularly for games, though is less usable for video.
I saw the 2023 video and got my iPhone black and white and all. Was studying for civil services IT tests against thousands for public service jobs in Brazil. I just quit the first job, getting into the second and just reactivated monk mode for the next 3 months for a third test, this one the hardest. You are inspiring Denmo. Thanks bro
Good shit, What I usually recommend to people I coach on self improvement is the POWERFUL idea of letting go. Spend 15 minutes daily sitting down with yourself, imagining past trauma and negative things that have happened Let yourself feel it and breathe into it, Let it take over and let it out After a week or so you will move up through energy levels, Starting with apathy to grief, to fear, to anger, to courage, to desire, to purpose and end up in the ultimate state of Love. There's "Anger" motivation which is "Me against the world, I'm gonna show them!" and there's LOVE motivation "I want to do it, we're all on the same team", You'll stop fighting with yourself, stop believing that you have to fight yourself to want what's best for you. There are people out there who think that you have to struggle against yourself to go on self-improvement, to do the right habits, that point of view is of desperation, believing that inside yourself you don't actually want what's best for you, It needs to be let go of. Keep at it!
Video is so good that I had to subscribe immediately. I am doing dropshipping because it will always be viable since people need to buy things all the time. If you can find good products and make your store appealing, you will be really successful. My strategy is to use some product search tools (my favorite one is using a little bit of winnerzila). If someone is wondering, the best niches are pets and electronics. You can always have good money in these.
Also remember the beauty niche is stupidly profitable like last years top beauty product was probably the hair trimmer . I’m also doing drop shipping as well so thanks for the word on the niches about pets and electronics
I'm doing dropshipping as well and i was curious if you turned greyscale on your computer. In my mind i think i need colors so i can make better product pages, but thats pretty much the only use.

I lost my apartment last year due to being evicted and had to move into a room at a house while also starting a restaurant job with a company I worked at before so I had to literally start my life over again from scratch so 2023 was my worst year I had but now 2024 is looking to be much better. Stay strong and you can do it. Don't give up and keep moving forward.

Brother, love what you're doing with this channel and your life. I wish that this tribe, and even the type of mentors that you and I share, existed when I was a young man 18-25. I was hopelessly drifting, and found myself slowly in my late 20s / 30s. Now I am a father of two boys and have a good life but still struggle with forgiving myself for the wasted years. START TODAY, young men. YOU ONLY GET ONE chance. JBP, Joe Rogan, others like them changed the trajectory of my life. Put the wisdom into action.
My primary goals: - make $10,000 per month in 18 months. - get a aesthetic physique in 18 months. - get a girlfriend in 18 months. My secondary goals: - get A's in my class - increase testosterone - be socially well guy
I watched same video you made at the start of 2023 and honestly it benefitted me a ton, I am better than I was at the start of 2023 MOnk mode is epic, i will use it this year and win : )
I never watch your videos, but your call to action of "THIS IS THE ONE VIDEO YOU NEED TO WATCH" made me watch. There was a couple nice reminders in here, I appreciate it. 2:45AM WAKEUP LETS GO.
As a female, who doesn't behave as most females do these days, I thoroughly appreciated this kick in the arse. Well constructed and concise. We got this in the bag guys.
Thank you for your video,Jack! I’m 18 1/2 and now starting my journey and getting rid of that detrimental stupid pathetic “habit”. I want to be free and disciplined
I complitly dissagree with the phone. Because yes i use my phone a lots but that does not mean i am wasting my time. Because i am using my phone for guided meditation, for reading book, listening to motivated music for practicing, investing, journalling , goal setting and many more. Dont say all people that use their phone wast their their its based on what you do on your phone. Thanks for reading.
Great video man! I'm going to take a couple of those tips. Even though I feel like I'm just now coming out of my monk mode I've been divorced for 10 months now and have made an amazing turnaround in my life ever since I basically took the winner off of everything to work on myself and I am in a much better place now and looking forward to continuing progress
I'm so grateful I stumbled upon this video today. I've been pushing myself so much these past weeks but i realize I cant do it on my own. This video is amazing and I hope to be appart of your community.
I’ve made a commitment to stay true to these principles and this guideline. Thank you Jack. I will revisit this comment in 6 months and update on the progress
Guys, the grayscale was the missing link for me. I've been in self improvement space since late high school and had a high amount of success in social results as well as started to have medium/high results in moving forward financially, but always held back by electronic distractions. My devices make me cringe now, thanks so much for the tip. Maybe for some people it won't be such a stark difference but for me it was a huge missing piece.
Another year ending and closing out of the same seemingly stuck position is enough motivation to wake up and make a change. It’s all within us to make a commitment and stay consistent. 6 hours left until the new year🗣️💯
A very fascinating video , this brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me , I really love him so much I can’t stop thinking about him, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of him, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss him and just can’t stop thinking about him.
You got everything right except the diet part my man.. Let me add something to the monk mode in terms of diet : Start doing OMAD , One Meal A Day . I started doing OMAD three months ago and the changes have been absolutely AMAZING to my surprise .. My ability to focus and mental sharpness have changed in ways unbelievable to the mind.. Emotions have been a lot more stable as well.. I also did not realize how much bandwidth it required in my brain to simply decide what to eat each day , twice a day, now I just do one meal at 2 pm , I do breakfast one day and dinner type dinner the next.. This has freed up so much space from my brain , simplified my life and has given me more energy than ever before ..
Very easily.. It turns out once you pass age 40 you don't really need all these calories..I just have one meal a day and it always consists of nuts ( almonds and walnuts ) big bowl of salad and three kinds of fruits depending on the season. For example, right now it is winter where I live so I eat oranges , apples and bananas every single day with my meal.. So basically , I do fruits, a big bowl of salad , three fruits plus the main course for the day.. I have not lost a single pound since I started OMAD and I am considered a skinny person. @@dmitrygrv5661
I started making a lot of these changes prior to seeing this. But today I started doing them with a purpose. I never realized how hard having my phone in greyscale was 😂 but it definitely has helped in the 1st day alone
Damn I came into this video thinking it's going to be the same old thing said over and over again in these monke mode videos but I have the admit this was on a different level I haven't even finished the video yet but the amount of detail into each step and giving practical things/apps we can use to get there is definitely the best I've seen so far.
Put the wisdom into action.
man seriously this is good content i really wish i could watch it but that high pitch ringing is going to make me end my 2024 before it even begins

i love the way he compares everything with caveman days. I got inspired by him and started comparing it.
Could say a lot in this comment but I'll just simply say Thank you, probably gonna watch this video everyday I wake up now, like many people should.
In 2024 i want to be the person i can look in the mirror and say that you’re the best person in the world no matter what anyone says
Good Job Brother! So many are missing what it takes to suceed and live a balanced life!
Putting the phone on gray scale, never thought of that. That will be very useful to me, thank you.
bro for someone thinks "i'm done doing the same shit" this is very helpful appreciate it bro.
I watched same video you made at the start of 2023

Wow! I’m not even totally finished with this video and I’m already changing things and writing things down. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Love this video, I’ve been doing most of these things nothing beats my new found peace and tranquility.
Watching this video just added an hour to my screen time- ive already failed myself
Thank you for your video,Jack! I’m 18 1/2 and now starting my journey and getting rid of that detrimental stupid pathetic “habit”. I want to be free and disciplined

Membership Pending brother

I saved this video. Thanks man! I uninstalled all games too.
Thank you for this information I’ll come back in one year and hopefully feel proud of myself.
Damn man! Love the grayscale idea and ever single idea here! Thanks!!!
Literally i saw the 2023 monk mode video, and thought ill watchh it later , and now 2024 monk mone no way 💀💀💀
Track your progress.
This video is changing my life ❤
I don't want to get ahead of anyone, I just to want to get ahead of my bullshit.
6 hours left until the new year🗣️💯
BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEO! 2024 let’s get it!!!
Interesting , how did you get a spiritual counselor, and how can i get in touch with her?
Thank you for this valuable information, i just looked her up now online. impressive
So how exactly you get all the calories per one meal
Very easily.. It turns out once you pass age 40 you don't really need all these calories..I just have one meal a day and it always consists of nuts ( almonds and walnuts ) big bowl of salad and three kinds of fruits depending on the season. For example, right now it is winter where I live so I eat oranges , apples and bananas every single day with my meal.. So basically , I do fruits, a big bowl of salad , three fruits plus the main course for the day.. I have not lost a single pound since I started OMAD and I am considered a skinny person. @@dmitrygrv5661

Saving this video for tomorrow after getting blitz tonight
Monk Mode 2024 lets go again!
Monk Mode 2023 is how I found you bro :D
I started making a lot of these changes prior to seeing this. But today I started doing them with a purpose. I never realized how hard having my phone in greyscale was 😂 but it definitely has helped in the 1st day alone
Damn I came into this video thinking it's going to be the same old thing said over and over again in these monke mode videos but I have the admit this was on a different level I haven't even finished the video yet but the amount of detail into each step and giving practical things/apps we can use to get there is definitely the best I've seen so far. Thank you for an amazing video thats really will change some people's lives 🙏
