This is a story about how Monk Mode saved my life.
4 Months ago, life hit me hard.
In January, my dad took his life, my girlfriend and I split up, I broke my leg, and because I couldn't exercise properly I gained too much weight and became overweight. All that caused me to feel like sh*t. I couldn't focus on anything, I didn't have any motivation or inspiration to work. Luckily, 2 months later I had made a right decision - I decided to hop on MONK MODE, disappear from the outside world and improve my life...
