60 Minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Build Strength & Flexibility

- This is an active, full body vinyasa flow yoga class to enhance your energy, strength and flexibility. A very accessible class if you're new to yoga and equally worthwhile if you've been practising a while. Starting with a floor sequence to warm your spine and progressing through lunging sun salutes, two rounds of standing flow vinyasas to build strength and flexibility in your lower body and then class winds down with some deep hip stretches and shoulder openers. Conclude your practice with a guided shavasana.

This practice is lovely: Gentle strength builders and hip stretches, combined with your calming reminders about breath and body awareness, and a long shavasana. I feel ready to step into my Sunday feeling calm and clear. Thank you, as always!

wonderful combination of perfectly paced focus, toning, stretch, with your gentle voice
Really enjoyed this one. Not crazy intense and flows so wonderfully with the balance Of strength and flexibility. Also liked that it wasn’t super repetitive. Had a couple of vinyasa segments, but not overly so and each fitted in well as transitions. Also loved that this one had music. (Saves me getting interrupted Spotify ads to listen along as with other vids.) will be saving and redoing this one for sure. Thanks Fiona
Thank you so much Michelle! What lovely feedback. Great to find a few trusty favs. All the earlier classes have music but I found it was quite polarising and also tricky to find royalty free tunes - hence moving to Spotify. But, yeah… with ads… not so zen! Great you enjoyed xx 🙏

Nadia Dobreva I had quite a few comments from people who’d prefer to practice without. It’s quite polarising :-( and so hard to find appropriate free music on UA-cam
@@TwoBirdsYoga I really love the music you use in your classes, really a great complement to the movements, I personally relax and go even deeper when I practice yoga with some gentle music at the background😍. I will check out the music you list in the comment section on Spotify to use it in my daily flow🌟🧘♀️🎊
