60 Minute Balancing Vinyasa Yoga Flow

- This balancing yoga flow class is designed to cultivate steady balance and a strong core to help you feel centred and focussed. Class moves in a slow but steady pace throughout with some gentle and then more challenging balance postures - tree, eagle, 1/2 moon, punctuated with rest. I've included a creative core sequence so you feel strong at the centre of your body. Class concludes with an inversion option(s), twist and forward fold. Enjoy!
This is such a great practice for anyone who works at a desk or on a computer most of the day. I can't recommend this enough!

Thank you so much for this lesson - strength in the details, I'd call it, such a puzzle to press well against the floor when wheight is coming towards the wrists. Today, I think I comprehended what you mean by spreading the hands well, knuckles all in contact, distributing support effort functionally. Happy student of yours here now! ❤️🙏🏻

Good morning my dear, Brian and I did this beauty this morning! Another beautiful practice in true Fiona graceful style with that calming voice guiding us through so many beneficial poses and transitions !. I LOVED fish pose at the end! The L-shaped core stretch is a KILLER! Give a BIG love to Ralphie and Stella from us! Thank you for bringing calm and balance to our days. Magnified blessings to you and yours!

Another very nice practice with a slow pace, yet challenging. I liked the move-down-the-mat balancing sequence from leg to leg. Also the triangle arm variation - have seen that before but not for a long time. Due to rotator cuff issue the side plank is tricky, but still workable even without the pressure of raised hips.
Hey Becky :-) thank you for your lovely feedback x sorry to hear your shoulder issue. I’ve injured mine mountain biking :-( it’s taking its time to heal! Unable to do a push up at the moment. Quite frustrating but it feels stable in plank so I’m sticking to my 1/2 flows! I should have a new class out in the nxt few days... with some creative movement :-) take care 🙏

Oh hello London. I lived there for 3 years. Loved it! London is 10 hours behind us. That will change nxt week with daylight savings. Class schedule for livestream this week is 7 am Friday 8 am sat and 7 am wed Melbourne Australia time. But that would make it 9 pm your time? 😮 a tricky time to practice, huh? It would be so cool to have an overseas visitor along!
