mistakes, they just keep making them,

I think that Ray’s analysis in this latest
podcast , was insightful and on point,
about each and every aspect he discussed!
It is shocking that tye U.S. and the West
have such asses calling the shots around
the globe!
Like Ray, I also worry that in an act of
desperation and face saving, one of
these clowns, will do something
unexpected and dangerous, that could
lead to catastrophic consequences for
us all!!! I pray this will not play out in
this manner, but people who feel
cornered, as Biden and his inner circle
no doubt do, are liable to try very risky
things, without grasping the potential
consequences of their actions! These

We don't want to antagonize either of them. We are forced to do so by the US bombing our energy infrastructure (the Northstream) to provoke the collapse of our economy. What a nice tocken of their love for us....Why antagonize Russia or China when we share historical and cultural connections with them since centuries? Not only Russia has always been a part of our political and cultural landscape but also China (remember Marco Polo?). For US the problem was EU integrating with Russia and China a huge geographical and economical continuum, from Lisboa to Shanghai. EU is economically richer and socially a lot more stable than US, and us going East was a threat in every sense for them. Why antagonize if you can do business? That is a "gun mentality" which comes from cheap far west movies. We feel kidnapped by US, as we don't share neither their politics nor their interests, which are opposite to ours. Not even their ideological background meets our taste, as we are definetely "socialistic" (a set of mind that influenced both China and Russia in the last century as you can remember if you were not sleeping in school). US is desperate to find and keep markets for their products (which we don't want) and a future for its economy. The way they choose to ensure it is not a clever one. Let's see what happens....
The “donut empire” - ever expanding, like the waistline, yet curiously hollow and empty at its heart - is turning stale. And much of the world are looking for a healthier option now. Let them eat their own donut, they don’t appeal to me.

The US is closing many "For Profit" Universities, whilst China opens a new one every week. China has by far the largest supercomputing fleet on the planet, and is World Leader in "producing" graduates (and Ph.D. researchers) with economically useful qualifications. US sanctions have clearly provided the impetus for home-grown systems development, which China will sell to friendly nations in due course (so under-cutting the likes of ASML). SE Asia is where it's at, and will remain so for at least another century.
