@@JdmforallGiven my tires were a little big, I had to place a 1 inch spacer, gave it a little more aggressive look, and had to shave off pieces where the tire rubbed. Nothing bad in the end. Have had no problems with the lift though
2003 rd7? I thought they didnt have rd7 until 2005 special edition? thought yours is a rd5, rd6 being the 2005 model with clear tail lights and standard trim. Maybe im wrong. Id love to know, really nice crv! My fiance has a 2005 crv se in taffeta white, i love riding in that vehicle, and love the two tone brown interior instead of the standard black. Forgot to mention we have no lift on it and fit 225/60/17 falken wildpeaks on the civic type r wheel
Yep, it's an rd7 👍 even says it in my VIN number. It's not a special edition sadly. I think the special editions we're only the last 2 years of each Crv Gen. I believe rd7 is ex and the others are the lower trims (no sun roof and steel rims) I could be wrong lol. Lucky! The SE is beautiful with the updated headlights and taillights. I love the look of the hard cover spare as well. CTR wheels on your V? If so very cool!
@@Jdmforall gotcha i just looked at our 05 special edition and it also says rd7 in the vin :) you know.. for being the special edition youd think itd come with the fog lights installed from the factory being the highest trim model but they dont.. but a kit on ebay gonna be doing it soon. And yes we put the falken wildpeaks on the civic type r wheel which honestly between the wheels being an inch wider, type r wheels, and the 5% tint we have all the way around it really makes the crv look aggressive but the color being white and se so the trims are color match add this aggressive yet pretty look to it. I could sit here and talk 2nd gens for days.. keep making videos on your crv!
I have some 235/75/15 falkin wild peak AT tires on my 2006 Honda crv with a 2 inch lift and they definitely make it look much better
Nice! Yeah, even with my 1.5 inch lift, the stock tires looked super small 😂 how are you liking the 2 inch lift? Any issues you had to deal with?
