This was the last race of the season last year. Car went a 5.33 at 12mph. 1.14 60’. I will try and post more videos this season! Changing the setup ALOT!
I just recieved an lq4 block, i want to build a similar setup. What was the compression height of those pistons? Also, what fuel do you run? A 600 shot is crazy!!
what transmission and rear end is this. on my 4th tranny in my firebird and not sure wether to get the fabrication done and go 4L80, Th400, or Powerglide.
It was a th400. But I kept tearing them up. I believe it was the builder though. I had it rebuilt with a Promod drum, vasco shafts, BTE billet valve body, and a new pump from BTE and sold it. I now have a 1.80 aftermarket case glide from BTE

It was roughly 1,000. Swapping the setup this season. Will be around 1300ish

It had 8 degrees in it this pass. Reluctor wheel came apart and it melted the head around 500’

I’d go th400 yeah you lose od but they can handle much more power when built

Ly6 block, Texas speed crank, Texas speed I beam rods, Wiseco flat top pistons
Texas speed makes them custom to order, go look at the options.. base starting at 6,000$.
