I Made A Matcha & Yuzu Birthday Cake

- I tried to make myself a birthday cake from scratch using only random things I could find lying around in my pantry, fridge and freezer.
I guess I did end up making a matcha yuzu lemon cake... of sorts?

quarantine is the time to learn some baking! i was forced to bake a cake for my mum and myself when the bakeries in my country weren't allowed to sell cakes. it's easier than you think
