I'm doing this today! I've been looking at my frozen fruit Everytime I look in the damn freezer contemplating what the hell to do with it, until now!! Yeeess, and Thank you!
Hi!!! I don't know if you'll ever see this but your videos are helping me recover from an eating disorder called Arfid. The way you cook is inspiring me to help myself and do better, I will 100000% be using your recipes on my journey, thank you thank you
These also taste super delicious when they are in the freezer for a while! Let them defrost for about 5 ish minutes and you have your perfect cold, yummy treat!
Thanks Halle for the recipe! These are great, made them yesterday. For anyone wondering, these make a pretty small batch so it's good for if you live alone or with just one other person. The oats make the crust just a bit chewy, so if you want it more crumbly just sub in some regular flour for oat. Highly recommend these!
That I most definitely will eat.. I like watching all of the things you do with veggies. Very creative! This recipe 😋 looks delicious and filling for a healthy snack or breakfast. Thank you for sharing this!
I’m not vegan but I am obsessed with you food! I made that spinach pizza and deadass the only way I want pizza now. Still not vegan but a lot of your food just hits the spot every once in a while.
Honestly looks so good, I will definitely be making this. If I have some leftover frozen fruit I would just make a healthy smoothie. I like the little pieces of oatmeal you put on top!
What I love about her content with cooking is that she isn’t shoving being vegan down you throat, she’s just showing people a way to make healthier dinners even if they aren’t vegan.
Your recipes are awesome! I’m personally not vegan but my religion doesn’t allow meat and I have a dairy allergy so it’s nice to find some recipes that I don’t have to substitute for once!
I'm making these now!! The jam is so good! I'm going to be making this jam instead of buying store bought jam....way way less sugar and way better in my opinion!
I just finished making these, per your recipe, and they were deeelicious! I required a bit more water to get my oats the right consistency but in the end…chef’s 😚! Thank you so much for the recipe! This was the 7th recipe you put up that I’ve tried and I have loved them all! Keep up the great work Halle! ❤️
I absolutely love your videos they are always very calming and nice to watch I also love how your recipes are ACTUALLY simple and they always look very good!!❤️
I couldn’t stop think about this recipe after i saw it and today I woke up excited to make it and oh my god how could smth be so simple and healthy yet so sooo delicious I never loved oats this much, but for some reason it didn’t harden at all, I left it in the oven for 30 minutes, I ended up eating it with a spoon lol Thank you sooo much 💕💕
My house mate is basically vegan and he doesn’t cook AT ALL. Im actually going too show him your videos! He would love too try a lot of what you make! Thank you! I might even try this myself!
I’m not even vegan but when I’m older I’m thinking about it...I can’t give up food I’ve grown up with yet, but this looks so good and I’m ready to try it anytime!!
That's the Costco three berry blend. I mix it with vodka (4 lbs of berries and two 1.75 bottles of vodka) let it soak for a week & add sugar to taste - and you have a WONDERFUL BERRY VODKA!!!
The jam: Combine 1.5 cups of frozen fruit, 2tbs lemon juice, 1 tbs chia seeds, 1 tbs sugar and cook down in a pan for 5-8min Crust: Blend 1 cup of oatmeal, a pinch of salt, 1 tbs sugar, and 4 tbs of cold plant based butter (add 1-2 tbs of water if needed!) Then, roll the oatmeal crust and put the jam on top. You can add crumbles of the crust on top too. Bake this in the oven for 20-25mkn at 350°
For many years I left out the salt and sugar from recipes and it tasted fine .I rely on herbs for seasoning .Recently because I am trying to gain more weight I added the sweetener .I am glad I was able to use less for years But I never use the huge amount of sodium or sweetener the everyone on line uses except when trying Asian recipes and I want it to taste better than most take outs .I am amazed how healthy you look a nd everyone on line I follow looks pretty good after dumping the salt and sugar .❤❤❤❤
Here’s what I do with my frozen fruit as a college student: we shove some in my magic bullet with a single serve strawberry banana green yogurt, milos half tea half lemonade, and a lot of lemon vodka. perfect drink
The first thing I thought when I saw the bag was, "eat that shit up 😋" because me and my brother would always share a huge bag of frozen fruit like that 😂

Fruit compote use it as a topping for pancakes, plain yogurt, or in a smoothie :)
I always tell my family cooking is so very easy. But it’s the ideas and thoughts that is the hard part.
Your voice is ultra soothing lol
