Ooo! I’m trying your TANGHULU recipe right now! The problem is that the sugar coating isn’t appearing so I have to constantly dip it in again and again. But it does look really good.
Just for you to know you don't do what she did after you cover it with with sugar you get a plate of water with ice and you put the tanghulu in it then you wait a little bit and then you can eat it or maybe she did it but she dint showd it ❤❤
I tried it and it was so good If you are a beginner make sure you take these points in consider . The fruit should be fully dry . let the syrup sit until it turns light amber . dont use fruits that absorb liquid Eg banana apple etc
