3 ripe mangos, about 20 ounces or 600 grams
¼ cup water or almond milk
¼ cup sugar or maple syrup; more or less to taste

This is also delicious with some coconut milk & a tiny bit of lemon zest,& a tablespoon of maple syrup.
Im sure coconut milk is healthier than soy milk
@@troydeeney9Actually Soy Milk is healthier as a vegetarian for over Four years I've had to look at anything that I consume, but Coconut Milk do give it a lovely creamier Ice Cream

I love it even better with fresh grapefruit juice (of 1) and blend a handfull of frozen raspberries with it (Skip the milk part). It’s very refreshing and has a kick to it. And has the most vibrant color. Almost like a good mocktail.

I wrote this after seeing a comment claiming "ice cream is made of ice, which is frozen water". I am describing whether this is more like ice cream or sorbet.
Sure, all of the above are "frozen desserts". It is a generalized term that includes everything from cool whip, no-bake cheesecakes, and popsicles to anything vaguely dessert-like kept in a freezer.
Right, this is not ice cream in the purest sense. I thought this mango frozen dessert resembled a sherbet due to its milky quality. Although, perhaps if someone were to argue that "plant milk" is a fruit/plant purée or juice, then this could be called a sorbet.

I make that but instead of suger I swirl in chamoy sauce, so good. It doesn't spike my blood sugars.

Have you tried a slow press juicer? Makes without adding heat of blending at high speed. Also a creamier end result.
I would add a tiny pinch of flakey salt along with the sugar before blending to really bring out that mango flavor...yum 😋

Literally just condensed milk will replace milk and sugar. So 2 ingredients is more than enough. And it will taste better.
