hi, suggest you just use brush to remove dust over the monitor back and stand, it should be good enough.

And yes, water is not recommended due to it will leave water marks, if you are picky on that, then i would suggest to use screen cleaner without alcohol.

Hi may I ask why you guys stop production for zowie XL2546 and XL2546s these 2 models looks nicer than the newer k version and I'm pretty sure many people like the older versions more
Hi, that is because we did some improvement on XL2546K, so the old versions been replaced by the new model.
Just wondering about the screen cleaner spray, is there a specific brand I should be looking at or is anything labelled as a screen cleaner going to be safe for my monitor?
You can search screen cleaner without alcohol should be fine; and suggest you spray the liquid to a microfiber cloth to clean the screen, instead of spray the liquid to the screen directly. For more details, you can further check this video.
Do you have any concrete advice on which screen cleaner to buy/use? Every review I read about a screen cleaner ranged from prefectly fine to horrible lol

isopropyl alcohol isn't recommended but you recommend screen cleaner that is made with alcohol and some other chemicals ?
good question, that is also why we suggest to check with screen cleaner manufacture about the ingredient, what we suggested is cleaner without alcohol.

He said this is compatible to PS5, but i am sorry for i can't guarentee the quality and compatibility of any cable/adapter which is not manufactured by us, maybe you can check this video, and suggest you to double check with the adapter vendor if it is free returnable or not in case not working.

Black eQ 12, Color Vibrance 11, Low Blue Light: 0
Gamma: 4, Color temperature: user define: R95, G88, B97
Brightness: 64, Contrast: 50, Sharpness:8
You can further customize it for your own preference :)

Hi, yes; brightness drops when DyAc is on due to panel limitation. Since the feeling is about personal preference, i would suggest you to try different DyAc settings to play couple matches in game respectively as to feel which one you like.
Hello, there is no 1280x960 screen resolution on the XL2411K monitor, I installed the driver, but it's still the same.
I tried plugging the monitor into a different computer, but I still couldn't get the resolution I wanted.
@@alicengizilhan Hi, sorry for confusion. Actually it is just about the limited monitor IC memory size, and not really it doesn't display 1280x960, just a wrong resolution information shown on monitor menu.

Hi, it is not suggested to clean the dust inside, since ti is danger to touch inner component for high voltage concern, and also it will break warranty condition. And regarding the dust inside, if your ambient air condition is normal, then it is no need to clean the dust inside even there is some left over.

I cleaned the monitor with water sprayed onto a microfiber cloth. After cleaning, when I turn off the monitor there are black color smudges. I can't remove them. It is only visible when I turn off the monitor or when I see a movie with a dark background. What are those spots? Thanks.
Hi, as suggested in this video, don't use water (by a damp cloth) to wipe your monitor, since it will leave water marks. Suggest you to use lcd cleaner without alcohol and a microfiber cloth.

it is not about the fattest/smallest response time, it is about the overall smooth feeling and also related flexible designs, which makes you easier to find your preferred setting.

Hello, I have a XL2411K monitor, I have it connected to me laptop, but when I use the XL share app it does not detect the monitor. I installed the drivers, but still does not detect it.
Hi, would like to suggest you:
1. reset the monitor: menu/system/reset/rest all
2. make sure the monitor menu: system/DDC-CI is On, due to this option need to be enabled for this software to communicate between pc and monitor.
3. please make sure the Xl Setting to Share .exe are within the same folder of the other XL setting to Share software components which you downloaded form our website, or otherwise the .exe can't call related needed software components to run.

Hi, i think it depends on the air particle condition which makes your monitor how fast to get dirty and if you you your screen nor not.
For me, i am veryyyyy sensitive to the screen cleanness, i clean my screen every day by screen wipe, and even i clean my macbook screen "at least" twice a day do it is glare, and also i carry it between home and office, hope you won't have such Obsessive-compulsive behavior like me :D

yes for non-alcohol lens wipe , and also better to brush out particles by LCD brush in advanced, as to avoid remaining dust scratches the surface with lens wipe.

Hi, suggest you don't change any of the blue menu (factory menu, or service menu), since there contains some after service features for technician only, if you adjust any may makes it messed up or impact the record of warranty related.

I contacted ZOWIE official support via E-Mail and they deliberately told me to use Isopropyl Alcohol to clean the screen I even bought a little bottle of alcohol too..., I guess I'm gonna start using this tips but you guys should worry more about what you say to your customers...

Hi, suggest to use "LCD screen wipe" without alcohol, not just only regular wet tissue (even it is non-alcohol), due to it will have water mark left over.
