Thanks for watching, keep crushing and I'll see you soon!
I literally tried this with my 215 lb husband again and failed so hard hahaha
Waited until the end of the vid to say it was comeback strength, quite different from pushing into never-before explored PR territory
damn bro you got super packed compared to last year
you guys are cute, also you're a 0.3% climber, your training looks effective
Great Video. I like how you find creative ways to avoid buying weights :D How much did you improve as compared to your strength before the break?
I found a measurement in my diary from around 3 weeks pre-8c+ (around November 2019 I think), where I pulled 15mm one-armers right hand 8kg assisting weight left hand 12 kg assisting weight. Which I exceeded now, so in terms of measured lifts I am stronger than ever. However, in terms of Strength/Body Weight the strongest I ever was was probably at the end of Mission 8B (around July 2018 I think), since I am now around 8kg heavier.
bilateral strength issues
I like how he casually reffers to his wife as "added weight"
I think the 7-8 kilos are because of energy leakage, when you are doing a one armer you core is much more engaged and is more difficult because of that as well as you know, being with one arm less pulling.
It simply just requires more force to move against gravity than it does to simply resist gravity. It's basic physics. if an object weighs, say, 10 kg (98 newtons), then it takes 10kg (98N) of force to prevent it from accelerating downward. Any upward force greater than the object’s weight will cause the object to accelerate upward.
Mani when did you get a baby?????
Damn! You seem to have a very nice posture. Have you ever had problems with rounded shoulders?
3:30 maybe not the act of pulling up but the distribution of weight
Yo
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!! Nice result!
Let's say REgain. :p
pretty interesting =)
strong!
jesus, getting strong now on those fingers, hello 9a soon im sure dude!! keep it up!!! i love the campus board and my beast maker board :D I am still a way away from you at the moment. How much you weight at the moment? I've lost some weight due to not being out as much lately due to lock down, but i also think i've lost a reasonable amount of strength too :(
Mani, did I see that chart correctly; are you doing hangboard 2 days in a row?
My plan was flexible, so the goal was always 2 HB sessions per week, but I could decide on what days I would execute them. I never executed them on back to back days since in my opinion this should not be done if all sessions should be as high quality as possible.
Did you stop hangboarding completely during quarantine?
Since when do we measure force/strenght in kg
So for you it's 196,2 Newton of finger strength.
Force divided by strenght? We don't measure that at all. ;p
