I'm a stay at home Mum and I've been doing your at-home workouts now for a couple of years. Thanks Sean for giving those of us who don't have access to a gym at the moment be able to keep up with some self-defense techniques and fitness at home! Its especially hard on the ego to see my husband get to go away and keep up those interests and skillsets without me. :( Feeling a little left out, but I always get a carthatic release with your vids. They help me toughen up a little and get a dose of mental health therapy as well.
When I did this for the first time, it nearly killed me. after a month it got a bit easier, make no mistake this is quite a tough workout but it just goes to show how much consistency affects you. Thanks for the workout, Sean!

And by saying that if you want to be ripped or loss weight I highly recommend you fast and feast ( if you don't know what that is, it's basically when you don't eat for 8 hours and eat at 4pm or whatever time you wake up) etc. I woke up at 9am and I have to eat at 5pm. You must drink a-lot of water when fasting. Summary: do cardio, whatever workout makes you happy or is fun do to because what's the point of doing it if you don't like it, if you enjoy it you will do it everyday and have a clean diet to follow and DO NOT FORGET YOU WHY? why are do you want to loss or get ripped? IF HAVE ANY QUESTIONS YOU CAN JUST ASK.

this workout is so great, i love the the 6 elbow combos. thank you very much for sharing your passion and knowledge, it is undoubtedly effective. i am a kung fu practioner, but the basic skills of boxing and kicking are most important, when i comes to sparring and fighting.

I'm impressed with your conditioning. I think if one has no sugar side on stance, orthodox or southpaw, in lieu of bring knee/foot back on reset for three steps to knee, the switch could start at reset leaving knee/foot forward...
