13:30 I’m doing this in my solo training at LA fitness and once a week there’s always a cardio kickboxing class that I watch in between sets.. I agree, seeing their form gives me the urge to hit their instructor with a lead teep, switch kick, check, and elbow finish.

I used to practice TKD for years but haven't done any martial arts in a while. When you said you can't help cursing because you're from NY i was cracking up. I say that all the time to justify my dirty mouth. I'm from Long Island but now live in FL. Keep up the good work brother.
Sean, this workout was brutal and technical = awesome! I made the "mistake" of doing some bodyweight exercises (strength circuit) for almost 30 minutes before, so when I started your shadowboxing workout I was already a bit smoked 🤦🏻♂️😅 So I had to take some extra breaks in your workout and ended up doing it in 30 instead of 20 minutes 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😅😅 But it was great, anyways! I think guided shadowboxing videos like this one are awesome! You could make some other ones focusing more on elbows and knees (different strikes with them) and on footwork, on how to incorporate footwork and defensive manouvers (slip, bob and weave, etc) with Muay Thai strikes. Many thanks for the great workout that you provided! 👏👍👊🙏😀🥊🙂

Whenever I do this workout, I tend to perform almost every post-check kick or teep as a jump kick due to my Taekwondo training, which obviously is a sign of my gains and all, but sometimes I wonder if it would ever be practical in an actual muay thai match....

Love you my dude honestly these types of technique drilling provides variation in sparring, many gyms charge you top notch working on a singular technique but this helps broaden you arsenal's, really greatful. Hopefully will see you within a years time when I come down and train with you my dude.

This is a nice worko out to sweat it out at home especially at the moment where access to a gym is limited and i can just imagine you sweating gallons in that thiland heat and humidity.

Great workout, just finished it. While your workouts are pretty great in almost every way, the one area I'd like to see something on is the length of the workouts. It would be amazing to see a workout that really pushes us in more than just the short term stamina game, but something that challenges us through a longer workout that helps us build longer term endurance and conditioning. Like maybe a 45 minute or hour long workout. That would be amazing, especially from you, because your workouts are always a ton of fun.
