13:30 I’m doing this in my solo training at LA fitness and once a week there’s always a cardio kickboxing class that I watch in between sets.. I agree, seeing their form gives me the urge to hit their instructor with a lead teep, switch kick, check, and elbow finish.

Always happy to show the love! I'm really digging these shadowboxing routines please keep them coming! I'm a huge proponent of technique first, results second ,so its refreshing to have workouts by an actual fighter not just someone with awful technique goimg through the motions like you mentioned.
I am so glad to see I am not the only coach out there that makes mistakes, but what's important is to teach that you have to just carry on.
Love you my dude honestly these types of technique drilling provides variation in sparring, many gyms charge you top notch working on a singular technique but this helps broaden you arsenal's, really greatful. Hopefully will see you within a years time when I come down and train with you my dude.

Awesome videos! I was looking for some basic Muay Thai just to get some exercise and loosen up and i found your channel. You keep it simple and straightforward and very accessible for anyone. I used to practice TKD for years but haven't done any martial arts in a while. When you said you can't help cursing because you're from NY i was cracking up. I say that all the time to justify my dirty mouth. I'm from Long Island but now live in FL. Keep up the good work brother.

Great workout, just finished it. While your workouts are pretty great in almost every way, the one area I'd like to see something on is the length of the workouts. It would be amazing to see a workout that really pushes us in more than just the short term stamina game, but something that challenges us through a longer workout that helps us build longer term endurance and conditioning. Like maybe a 45 minute or hour long workout. That would be amazing, especially from you, because your workouts are always a ton of fun.
