Hi Kaleigh. Great ride. Really pushing myself. I caught a cold over Easter and still finding my legs feel very heavy and tired. I know I have to be patient and keep working. Always love your motivation. Needing it more now than ever.

Best part of Monday right here! This ride was so fun! I like all the work in second we've been doing! I also grabbed the Encore because it's 🔥! I was thinking how fun different encores would be! Like team sprint vs. team climb, greatest hits Encore, all standing or all seated. I just love the Encores so much, and some new fun ones would be amazing! Thank you for everything!!!
I did not wanna get on the bike today, but promised myself 3-20 min sessions a week. When I was 18 I climbed a 13,000ft mountain, and I quit with probably 500-600 ft left, I had a beautiful view where I was at and the more they kept telling me I could, the more stubborn I got about not going. I got to see a gorgeous view of the back half, but I have always wondered what the other side looked like, and everytime I'm not in the mood and I wanna slack at the end, you say 'don't give up, push through it' I think back to that mountain peak. I never wanna have regrets like that again, I don't want that shame in the back of my mind. Here's to always finishing strong and getting to see what's on the other side! 🎉❤

So so good and powerful. I taught cycle through both my pregnancy back in the late 90’s. I think my class was always packed because they could not believe a pregnant chick was teaching it lol🐊💪🏻
What a way to start a Saturday morning! I was feeling pains in parts of my legs I hadn't felt last week or the week before. 😫 It was the "focus on the here and now" pep talk that pushed me over the edge. Thank you for taking me out of my comfort zone. I love ya! ❤
Had a rotten day today and for some reason it totally fuelled my ride. My levels were higher than ever and it was the fastest 20 minutes ever! 😂😂 I feel better now- thank you!!

WOO loving these 20 min all-in rides! My legs felt weak today and it was a struggle by the end but I did start pushing my numbers after that pyramid ride last week and I hit a new PR resistance average! Taking the win, thank you as always 💗🎉

I’m not really sure if hopping on the bike lost dinner is ideal if I usually do it fasted to burn fat but I guess it will help me reach a fasted state sooner…. Anyway great class to do at 10pm on what feel like the longest day ever! Thankful for this after crushing my finger on dumbells at the gym today
