I don't often comment on videos, but I have to tell you, Kaleigh, you're the only one who could have encouraged me to stay on a stationary bike for so long! lol. I have been doing your rides for about 2 months now, (have tried several other UA-camrs but never motivated me), and I never thought I would improve. I was constantly looking at the clock and wishing it was over! haha. But you are so fun and encouraging and I can honestly say that I am getting better! Can't believe it. I just did this 20 minute ride and kept up...miraculous! Thanks for doing such a great job and making this fitness journey of mine do-able. Love ya! And Stella XX

Day 33 in your beginners schedule- perhaps was a little overzealous in " Choose your own " ha ! But got through it ! And FINALLY experienced Freezes!!! I cannot stay in the 90s in my 8th resistance but I tried my best ! Way to go on 20 min ! Hoooooooly burn ! ❤ Ended my workout with the 5 min tabata you suggested ! After a great stretch I am ready for my day !
I just read a book that recommended 20 min intense cardio for women of a certain age. This plus the Tabata was perfect! And oh how I’ve missed Stella’s commentary! Thank you:)

Was happy to come back to this one today. As much as I love Saturday Live Rides, while I’m healing this was a much better fit for where I am at. I found it very challenging and am glad I did it before the strength. It took a lot of tears but I kept going. I hope your Grandma’s party was the most special day! 🌺

All I can say (as I lay in a puddle of sweat on my floor) is THANK YOU!!! We just got a stationery bike to boost our fitness at home and it’s been a while… thought I could be cheeky and skip the beginner videos to this one 😂 I had sooooo much fun, but my legs are dead and I definitely have work to do to get through this video without hitting the pause button! Even so, I am hooked!! 😎
I developed a herniated disc a few months back and had to stop cycling. Any bending forward exercises are a big no for me now. I adjusted my bike fit to ensure I don't have to bend forward and keep my back straight. I was able to complete the workout in a low impact mode after months. I almost teared up at the end. I don't know if I will be able to continue cycling but I will keep fighting. Thanks Kaleigh for being such a motivation.❤

I'm biking more as I try to recover from plantar fasciitis, I was getting depressed b/c I can't run and can't even walk right now for exercise. But these workouts have gotten my heart rate SO high worked my legs so hard, and it feels AMAZING. THANKS SO MUCH!
