  • This 15-minute post-cycling stretch is perfect to add after any indoor cycling class! We will hit all of our major muscle groups to increase flexibility and reduce the risk of injury!     I wanted to ask u uploading spinning its only on Monday Wednesday and Saturdsy is that all thank u u are great do we loose weight doing spinning is it enough only 3x a week thank u
