@@BlunderCity Well it's a tie between debut and BeautifulGarbage for me. Also Version 2.0 is basically the first album redone again, but just as good. They have had so many stylistic changes it's kinda pointless to compare which album is their best TBH...
Garbage is so diverse in their sound. No song sounds the same. They are all different and unique.

Underrated? Damn I might agree 8f their 2nd go at it, after 7 yrs hiatus. Not your Kind of People was such a gem s a come back album release. I l8sten to her and the boys every a.m.
Well they were one of the biggest bands of the 1990's. When I grew up they were a household name. But you are right they should be even bigger.

20 years ago I first witnessed the magic of Garbage w/ their 2nd album and precisely 20 years later I just saw Shriley and the gang last week at the same place they performed in Atlanta first time... and it was blissful! She remains my MOST fav female vocal in the alternative scene...her on n off-stage persona is loaded w/ positive energy! LOVE U SHIRLEY!!!

What I love about Garbage is that I don't really know what to expect. It grows on me over time. I don't go into it with any general expectations. But with every album, I always come to the same conclusion: one way or another, Garbage makes their sound, their own. I don't love every, single song ever made by Garbage, but I find every album thoroughly enjoyable for the most part. And that's what keeps me craving more music from them. They haven't truly disappointed me.
The first time around hearing Garbage I hated their music but for some reason a couple years later I listened to them again and was able to appreciate their music.

I faithfully listened to all of the previews. I listened to them so often, I felt Subhuman. But in the end, my Metal Heart stayed strong, because Enough is Never Enough.
