There's actually another Randolph the Blood Nosed Caribou, but it has been in a private account for almost all of its existence. My favorite rare item that I knew of is the "death-defying skull" aka the unusual spine-chilling skull given to a make a wish kid back in the day, who beat cancer, which just gives the item a so much more legendary status
This is nice since I haven't bothered to look some of these up myself! Maybe the Top Notch isnt really a "glitched" item? Also the end of the line unusual miscs would have been nice to see, like the Unusual Coldfront Curbstompers and Sleeveless in Siberia.
There are actually 2 items I think deserved to be on here, which were the tradeable Self-Made Max's Head with C. Sparkle and the Self-Made Big Kill with C. sparkle. Saw them up for sale for 5000 and 2000-something dollars.

Great job man. This video was great quality and I'm happy to see a player that actually knows about these. Also, for context on the normal batsaber, I actually watched my friend unbox one from a invasion case when the crates dropped. From what I can tell there was some sort of mistake where if you got a batsaber early in the update it would be normal in quality. That's why there are a handful of them.
I remember getting a glitched unusual taunt. It was the Burstchester with an invalid particle. A guy from Valve, his name was Mike Ambinder, sent me an email about it to see if I wanted it fixed. Me being stupid and not seeing the worth in it decided to take the deal. I sold it at some point. He said there were only twelve, though now only eleven if you subtract mine, but I have no idea if anyone else took the deal.
I remember it being joked in an oldddd team fortress 2 competitive match with some internet popular people by one of the dudes who worked on tf2 that the notch hat actually gave 25% more damage and they gave it to notch as a prank. Dont know if there's any validity to that but thought it was interesting
When the black rose got mentioned, I recalled using one once, despite never completing any obscure task to unlock it. And lo and behold, I still have it. Gifted to me by someone named "Lebowkski" on June 18th, 2014, 12:37:04GMT (I got this when I was bloody 13 years old apparently). It's marked as untradable, which obviously contradicts the line above it. It's quite insane to realize I own such a rare thing, yet I never used it. Younger-me always felt other knives were better to show off with, and I subsequently forgot it existed at all. Well, now I know what knife I'm using next I play this game. I feel like I've won a lottery now, even though I can't "cash-out".

IIRC the deflector/any item glitch involved making an item set as "default" or "stock" so it would always spawn with the players inventory when they booted the game up. You could change any item to be "stock" and therefore spawn it into the game.
How have I not seen this iceberg sooner? I am the only TF2 player in the world with a Crafted Pro KS Giger Counter (to my knowledge). This item was the result of both the Gun Mettle Update and the Invasion Update. Then there came the craftable reskins of Invasion, and I crafted a Giger Counter. The reason that I knew it was able to display the sheen was by checking the item schema first (and the same must apply to the Wrangler also). It only counts kills if a killstreak wrench is also equipped.

Well I will try to aid and watch you!! Also Neato that you have a rango profile picture! Neato movie but don't remember anything of it
If there's ever gonna be a glitched item I want, I don't want a gold frying pan. I want an unusual or strange HHH's head. Not even the headtaker.
the glitched upgrade to premium from what i remember was a test item that ended up in the drop system wich later got patched
might be completely wrong tho so dont count on me
7:33 One Day Notch did played Team Fortress 2 and then Droping and post to Twitter And Says : '' i played Team Fortress 2 So much fun and awesome ! :D '' Some like that twitt. And Then Valve see that These Post Message. And Then Robin Walker
They gave the top notch to knowledge because Notch was tired of people not believing him on TF two to be the real match
I crafted my manniversary paper hat. For a short time it was possible, has the "crafted by my name" message on it. Couple times a year someone inquires if im interested in selling but id rather just keep it.
The ellis cap and frying pan is when you have l4d2 i think
I own a few off levelled Vintage weapons and a gift wrapped Iron Curtain, Enthusiast Timepiece and Lugermorph.
The top notch was given cause noone believed notch was the real notch.
huh, valve gave me my haunted scrap metal back this year.
I think I remember there used to be more Randolph The Blood Nosed Caribous back when the event happened (like 3?), but two of them got deleted at some point for some reason.
i just saw one in someones inventory like 2 weeks ago, there is definitely more than one
@@Aysentaro There is only two Randolph The Blood Nosed Caribous in existance.
@@yamatoclassbattleship maybe 2 logged but i definitely saw a lot more on casual
@@Aysentaro That might have been the regular one, but the blood nosed one is only 2 ever in existance.
@@yamatoclassbattleship do you honestly think every time someone unboxes a hat its getting logged even if the person never even used a third party site LOL
6:59 probably you can kill from long distance on servers with rtd
I remember unboxing like 7 strange normal scattergun, and then trying to buy a strange Normal Aussie scattergun
no fucking way lol
@@GNew0 yup, this was “I think” the invasion update. I offered like 200 keys to the Aussie scattergun guy, but he sold it for 400, and people said it was worth 2k+
I've got a loaner tag, didn't realize it was worth so much less, damn
The gift wrap just used to work on untradable items, there was no trick to it, it just worked
me when i wanted to craft scrap metal but got valve deflector instead: 💀
I actually saw the Top notch ingame way back somewhere between 2011 - 2013 on a player conveniently named "notch"
you saw the real mine crap
There are also those two Dota 2 hats that some Dota 2 Pro players got but never used because they never played TF2.
id like to see some footage of someone using the deflector in a public game but couldnt find any
7:33 he said on Twitter that no one would believe him that he was notch
Fun fact: the owner of the normal frying pan is actually a popular roblox youtuber called Konekokitten, he also made a video about it and how he got it.
your forgot the unusual rocket launcher with burning flames effect
