Purpose: Notes for the Peculiar Robot Contest 2024 (Part 2)
Executive Summary:
This entry contains the personal logs of Carson Isaiah Shen from Aegis Mechatronics considering the new Peculiar Robot Contest acquisition request. More info: peculiarrobotcontest.com/
These recordings have been deemed necessary for archiving by the Royal Technocratic Dominion regardless of completion of the formal audit. This second log shows additional reinforcement of previously built parts, as well as a potential security breach of the Mech Propulsion Systems lab.
Key Findings:
The Fidlar is a heavy classification mech. This defensive fighting platform will have a high load capacity, including large and numerous armaments, thick armor, and strong engines. There also appears to be intent to use nuclear technology with energy beam weapons, which is not captured in the attached footage. The company adheres to established federal protocols in the event of suspected foreign interference or espionage activities.
Public Advisory:
Project Fidlar is being monitored by the International Auditing Commission as original work of Shen’s team within Aegis Mechatronics and is considered proprietary technology of aforementioned parties. Attempts to claim information disclosed within this package will be met with swift justice by the Royal Technocratic Dominion.
Classification: Public Disclosure
Reporter: Carson Isaiah Shen, Head of the Mech Propulsion Systems lab owned by Aegis Mechatronics.

This one of the best things on UA-cam. Such a fan of what you’re doing here.
Thank you!
Such an enjoyable watch and listen
Thank you!
Where do you get your little magnets?
@@kevincasault5509 I buy ~100 packs off of Amazon, they are often listed as "fridge magnets" but I just search for specific dimensions. I think 6x3mm is a good general size, 10x2 is good for stronger/heavier parts, and 4x2 or 2x1 are good for really small or light bits. I use my 8x1mm for places where I need a thin connection.
the magnetized drop pins omg
I’m loving the story and build!!!! Absolutely amazing 🤩
Thank you!

That video suggestion came out of nowhere but i really enjoyed it. Loved the narration.
Thank you!
I'd be willing to bet that the sabotage was created by one of those furry creatures with 4 legs and a feline disposition.
No animals are allowed within the Mech Propulsion Systems lab 😁
Tool question. Where did you get that "clean up drill"
The conical one? I got it on Temu but you can find it in places like Amazon by looking for “model reamer”. In my experience it’s definitely not a drill and not great for making holes larger but really helps with cleanup and making holes circular!
