  • In this video I use 3/8 cold rolled steel to create a low profile cabinet to showcase 150 knifes at my friends restaurant.
    I use 1/4" wired glass that weighed in at about 60lbs.
    over all the weight was about 300lbs
    I use the Lincoln Electric MP210 TIG & Square Wave 200 MIG
    machines
    This will be hung in a restaurant in Hollywood ca. I will instagrm when it is in place!

    You’re fearless in your concepts & design. Respect. Love the hard industrial look with the subtle felt background & brass pegs. Black electrical tape works great in a pinch for a shop bandaid also lol. Been there done that 👍

    That is one heck of a knife cabinet. I don't think anyone will be getting through that in a hurry. It's going to really look great with all the knives hanging in it. Cool build as always.

    I love some of the details, the brass handle (Jimmy-made?), the teeny hand bent clips for holding the glass, all the welds are hidden. Glad you went with the 3/8" plate too. It has a more substantial look than 1/4".
