    Love it. It's whimsical, stupid simple, yet 100% functional/practical. I've always enjoyed your on-the-fly material handling efficiencies like cutting the rod nearly through as you measure.

    Very clever! I like it a lot. I only have two suggestions. On the pointy poker, make the thumb more upright and pulled back so you can use it as a hook to pull stuff. Also I'd have made the base of the stand look like a foot or a shoe.

    I've gotta hand it to ya, that's a pretty awesome project idea. I might try my hand at this once I get access to the tools and resources. The concept of each step seems simple enough to grasp for a novice like me.

    You should have a wet gauge (a piece of metal that can get hot) to check the size of each basket so they are more consistent in size along a railing. You just weld or clamp a custom-made channel to the vice/table. Everyone likes baskets!!

    Jimmy, you need another set of the extending hands, only this time, scale the hand size WAY DOWN! Then you can put those creepy little doll hands on over the metal "skeleton"!
