    I just discovered this channel through doing the 20 minute boost your vitality video, am doing that particular video twice a day, LOVE it! Eventually I would like to try these longer videos so as to practice the moves more definitively. All I can say is I’m hooked and wish I was a guy, so I could come be a monk for a year and study, so glad this channel is here! If you ever feel inspired to make any of the shorter flow videos that are 20-30 minutes, that would be awesome. If you have any flows to improve kidney health, that would be great, too. Thank you for your service and practice 🙏

      It's not men only. Women train on-site at the shaolin temples too. And no one is excluded from the online Mastery Courses as well.

    It's time to sleep in India but these exercises are making me excited for tomorrow, wow it will be fun doing all these, I don't know how will i do all these actually my legs are already in pain becoz of over exercising!

    I remember when I was young, we held each posture of this set as deep as possible, for 3 to 5 minutes, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
    I am 53 now, and I swear, the only reason I can do decent stances now, was from all the Wu Bu Quan in my late 20s

    excellent share and teaching shifu xie xie. though i''m a yang style taijiquan stylist i have paid attention to all Chinese boxing styles and sets i come across. seeing this set done by ur students actually trying and putting in good effort was very satisfying. it mos def reflects on your practical and detailed teaching method. this was a treat to see as i've never seen it before. xie xie

      Strengthen the knees. Do the 6-Day Morning Practice for some time first. Check the videos on the channel.

    Sir I am trying to trying to stay in MABU but is unable to do so, evenI am unable to perform "the 3rd day morning practice (lockdown)" in one go, after 50 minutes my knees starts to hurt, I m following your morning practices and weekend practice from months, still MABU is not a piece of cake for me. I fathom that all these exercises requires leg strength, I kindly request you to make a dedicated video on the leg strengthening exercises. Leg strengthening exercises may help us to to stay in mabu, and also help us to synchronise mabu, tongu and pubu .....
    Please help...
