Welcome to IPINKIT 💖 If you made it here, you’re beautiful. Thank you for taking the initiative of eating more plant based, I know it can be intimidating, but I truly hope this video empowers you and gives you the knowledge you need to start 💖

it is so great that you have found all these great things to help you despite the allergies!! may i ask, like is there any food you used to have that you do miss? Or you still experience sometimes with cravings? How do you deal with that?

Hi lovely Ingrid! ( Sheelie here :) I'm so glad you made this video for sure. Although my list is not as length as yours, I of course know how you feel and can relate entirely. Now, you say you cannot have seeds but are you able to eat chia or flax seeds? Just not sesame?
I'm worried the chia seeds will also trigger a reaction with me if I am intolerant to sunflower and sesame.
I would like to ask you how do you avoid pea protein, it's in sooo many vegan foods! But it sounds like you can have other beans, just not the chickpeas.
I'm trying to find an oatmilk that I like. I also don't like oatmeal but that's probably because I don't know how to make it taste good! Maybe there is another kind of cereal i can try?

I'm allergic to all legumes and some nuts. It seems impossible for me, cause there are not many recipes.
I'm vegan-curious, but rn I don't have money/skills to make the shift to plant-based diet. Maybe in a few years...

Makes me happy that you are curious. Agree with you, there are not enough resources that's why I share my recipes and vlogs to show others it is possible to eat plant based. You should try to cook some of my recipes that only require veggies, spices, and grains to get you started! I have a lot of what I eat in a day food vlogs that will be full of recipes you can make!

If it helps at all, seitan is a good way to get vegan protein without legumes. It even has a good lysine content, which is an amino acid most vegans get through legumes. Also, quinoa is a complete protein.
