As a guitar player (many years ago) I was totally baffled by all these Slash chords, which felt pretty awkward when playing the guitar . And I thought to myself -who the hell invited them?!!! Then I started playing the piano and I understood where they come from)
Excellent tutorial. Thank you. I really learned a lot from this. I had not been paying enough attention to slash chords in regards to composing music. I had been paying too much attention to their role in smoothly changing chords in the right hand rather and not paying attention to their role in the left hand. I dont play the Piano but I watch your videos for your music theory insights as I program my own music in a DAW. If you are not a player like me these things are not as obvious as a player who is always thinking in terms of left hand and right hand. When you program music and enter notes into a Piano Roll as its still called these things dont come so intuitively.
