Hailing from the sunshine state, Miami, Florida, Johnson became best known for his character "The Rock" in the WWE. Joining NCAA, his wrestling genes came in handy and in 1990 became part of their National Championship team.
He also had success with a starring role in the action flick The Rundown (2003), which debuted at number one at the North American box office. He has also made guest appearances on the Disney Channel shows Cory in the House and Hannah Montana. He also starred in the highly-anticipated sequel Journey 2: The Mysterious Island (2012), the action blockbuster G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2012), plus a string of other films. Those are the wrong photos, The Rock got that large Hawaiian Islands tattoo on his shoulder and arm in 2003, I think he was 30 - 31 at the time and he's had it ever since.
jerel Wrong, it's actually a Marquesan tattoo done by a Po'oino Yrondi the famous Tahitian artist there is. Why is everything Polynesian always labelled as "Hawaiian" and before your rebuttal, yep I know he went to Hawai'i to get it done.
Isn't that tattoo a part of his heritage? I don't believe in markings of the Body but it is a part of reason. We all fall short and others should not throw the first stone.
