everyone: men started to be in shape after 1916
Ancient Greeks: lolll
How did you know they're were in shape in that times? You're a time traveller?
@@daniellap.stewart6839 Back in the day during antiquity and the middle ages people had to be in shape to survive. Many were warriors or worked heavy labour and had to stay in shape all the time.
Crazy to see what massive amounts of drugs can do to the body. That was a great evolution video from natural to drug saturated. Thank you for reminding us how good we can look and what is achievable without super physiological amounts of drugs pumping through the veins.
The goal of Bodybulding is not to have the best looking body, but the most muscular. Bodybuilders are not Marvel actors, they want to have the most muscular body possible. You can gorge yourself on drugs you'll never look like these bodybuilders, they worked a lot to achieve their bodies and have a genetic that few can dream of have. Steroids is just part of it.
Don't take my comment in a bad way. I'm just saying that have a good looking body isn't the goal of these bodybuilders, you can inspire yourself in some Marvel actors that are more concerned in a good shape and is easier for you to achieve.

Bodybuilders vs steroidbuilders
No respect as to what the sted heads have gained. Its a shame its not like the 90s anymore :(.
Everyone in my generation thinks you have too be freakishly huge just to say they go the gym. Most people in their early 20s and even at 16 are taking steroids to gain this unnatural look and others of my generation actually think you can get like Phil heath and all these so called natural body transformations on the Internet claiming to be natural when they are not, causing people to think it's achievable and then lowering their own expectations. These kinds of physiques with rediculas overagsadurated shoulders is just not achievable naturally and not to mention it all just looks overgrown it don't look right.
Literally most people in my generation have no fuckin clue what a naturaly built physique looks like because of the bull shit thrown out by the media. Its very sad.
What happened to the times when people looked up too bruce Lees kind of physique. He wasn't massive and wasn't on steroids and had a good physique.
Floyd mayweather as well of course he uses the weights for his physique and he may be a boxer but still a good natural physique unlike these icki fucking sted heads that just look gross.
