I know it's a joke, but from all research I've seen, isometric exercises are not great for strength building, and even if you do them 2 minutes per is likely too long.
+Athlete No it takes getting paid millions of dollars, a personal trainer who works with you every time and keeps you doing what you are supposed to do and a Personal Chef or Special made food that all you have to do is nuke it.
+SaltyCheerios No dear Athlete was right he also had a personal trainer. If you think he did this on his own you're crazy. He probably also had someone who cooked for him or at least prepared special foods he kept in the freezer so all he had to do was nuke them.
Are you tired of gimmicky over-hyped training programs that fail to deliver the results they promise? Do you just want the real research-proven facts about what it really takes to build muscle, gain strength and lose fat as quickly and effectively as possible? zorthorn jay so you had negative calorie balance of about 5600 kcal a day? To lose 95 pounds you have to save 336.000 kcal! In 60 days?!? Much respect:D
One thing a lot of guys forget that getting your dream body does not just come from the gym. Proper sleep and nutrition is probably gonna get you 60% of the way if you workout.

+xMSPCupcakezx He's 48. Time to start living a normal life, wouldn't you say? It's long past him being considered the new type of action hero, the anti-hero.
Not impressive at all. He went from skinny, to chubby (only 15lbs overweight), to ripped. It would of been impressive if he went from obese his entire life to ripped, but there's nothing impressive about losing 35lbs and hitting thr gym occasionally.
@@TheCnicus You ever been to a gym because it takes more work then you think to add all that muscle,he lost 35lbs of weight but had to gain more lbs of muscle
I remember chris pratt saying, just work out everyday and do not pay attention to any changes or how many days you have been doing it. Eventually months will go by and you see the change. He is kind of right about that. I weighed 280 and full blown diabetic. I just started walking everyday and changed what I ate. One mile turned into two and then three over a period of months. I dropped down to 235 and my diabetes went away. No pops, no rice or potatoes.
This reminds me of my own story. I've been walking 5 kilometers a day and exercising for 6 years now. I've gone from a flabby, unhealthy bag to an athletic looking and fit guy. Keep it up buddy, you'll get there.

Of course I respect all of them for achieving such body transformations, but an important point seems to be missed. They are actors and this is their job! These people are paid 10-20 million dollars for these roles! I bet all of us would glady spend 8 months in a gym for that sum of money.
Most actors are only on set for 2 months at most with personal assistants. Also they can do other projects while working out for the 8 months before filming that are alot less work to film.

Good job. Literally, because it is their job to look good.
yeah as we all know they got a team helping them but still its like going through bootcamp, at end of day still takes the person willing to put out all they got and go through it so still a accomplishment.
lol i will do it for free any day hell, to be provided with those trainers and cooks and get in best shape of my life. you don't have to pay me x. x i will totally take the pain with a smile on my face instead for you
"How can you feel like a million bucks when you're in shape when you're always exhausted" This is one of the most defeating feelings for me when trying to transform and gain strength.
Jo Im No, I wouldn't say that he was any more muscular than he was in Jarhead, Prince of Persia or whatever. He might have taken something anyhow though...
The Evans and Hemsworth transformations are not actually that dramatic: they are clearly both big athletic men to start with: if they used anything, they used carefully and lightly. I put on that much weight without steroids (and I put on a lot more WITH steroids so I know the difference). You really do just have to eat well and constantly and sleep ten hours a night.
Truly an inspiring video. To take Nothing away from the hard work, discipline and sacrifice of the actors, I couldn’t help noticing that many of them, Hemsworth, Evans, and to some degree even Cavill went from being boys to men in the space of their careers thus far. Let’s not forget the role hormones plays in the growth and maturation of the human body.
Chris Pratt is the best, he is the only one that was a fatty. He had to lose fat and then gain muscle, the rest were just skinny guys to begin with, not impressed with their process, their final results are awesome, but from skinny to fit is not as impressive as from fat to fit. Anyone who does something like that deserves all my respect; still Pratt's transformation is number 1 in my book. Personal observation: Physically, thin people have a bigger challenge to bulk; but mentally, fat people have it worse to even get in shape, let alone becoming muscular and well defined. When you are thin, you start looking awesome and as you progress you just look better and better; whereas if you start from the fat end, you don't look well for a looong period of time while you pull a really big effort and that can be difficult to manage. Mr Bale's transformations (specially the one in the machinist) are a separate topic, scary, immensely committed for an professional actor, but I hope that regular people are not trying to get the machinist's physique, regardless of your body's condition when you start. No matter where you begin, the goal of a healthy body is worth getting, your challenges will be different, but they are yours to take and deal with. So friendly advice if I may: Don't get disheartened and keep at it; time passes for everyone and the day will come when you are there; then, your challenges will become your trophies.
It's harder to become buff as a skinny guy than it is for the fat ones. Because the fat you already have on your body will transform into muscles if you eat right.
+Christoffer Karlsson no, because there is also the diet you need to change. Trust me, I am chubby and love food but if want to become fit, I'll cut a lot of my current diet. I am eating more green, healthier and that involves no carbs, no alcohol, no sugar. The cheat Meals are excluded. When you are skinny, getting one cheat meal is okay as you'll sweat it. And fat doesn't become muscle. People who were fat look more stuff than skinny ones because they carried the excess of Weight and muscles are used to this weight loss
+Sambath86 also, I am exercising. So, there is more sacrifice from fat guys. I don't spit on the skinny guys sacrifice but ours come from further. We were on the dark side. Getting back in light is harder once you have embraced the power of junk food. I eat healthy and I get voices in my head suggesting doner kebab, mc Donald's, KFC, burger King, de clercq (Belgium fries and great burgers), pizza, or any food I used to gulp when I was a skinny mofo unable to understand his luck at the time. I am paying for the mistake I made. Now it's time to end it and to get back to fit and from there I would be able to eat like before but still an eye on the diet and the exercise
Yeah, Pratt is right on. It’s not hard but it’s tedious and you need to keep your eye on your goal. It took me 1 1/2 years. I went from 220 with a 38” waist to 215 with a 34” waist. No abs yet but I got huge ~ no steroids, just lots of work; LOTS of work and mostly proper eating habits.
@@simplythebest286 depends on your initial shape and amount of muscle you have. If you're skinny, you need to build muscle and takes more time, but if you have muscle but need to loose body fat and add 5 more kg then 8 month or 1 year is enough
Chris Hemsworth was always in shape. The only thing he did was tack on more muscle. But he was always in great active shape. Christian Bale... talk about literally taking a role to another level. A real Method Actor. That weight that he lost, that couldn’t have been healthy for him. That’s crazy.
Something you should know: they use steroids (hgh, nandrolone, testosterone, trenbolone, ephedrine, clenbuterol, t3, t4, insulin, Winstrol, Anavar, and much more).-
agree first video was spot on. When I got into lifting it took me also 8 months or so to bench press 225lb. Every month I saw big difference. To lose weight also it takes 6months or longer but when people see you who have not seen you in a while they will notice say something " whoa. you lost weight". You see yourself in mirror each day so you dont realize it but results will be there.
Tom Hardy is the best transformation out of all characters by far for me. He adopts the mindset both physically and metnally of every character he portrays. Amazing actor
+Vox i always laugh everytime, when someone asks for a songs name, and other answer Darude Sandstorm, hahah that's like ".....¬¬ seriously?!" hahhaa :D
that was such a good point Chris Pratt made. that amount of time IS gona go by anyway. what do u want to look like by then? How do u wana feel? That was my argument with some friends that unfortunately hit a wrong path in their lives. When it was time to get clean and go to rehab , they were all scared about being gone for a few months! So i would always say " listen, six months is gona by anyway. What do u want ur life to be in six months? Where do YOU wana be in six months? A year?" I know its a bit different with food and diet but i think peoples worst enemy in their minds at least is time itself. not having enough of it. having too much of it.....At the same time...time is the one thing u can never ever get back. so use it wisely. i learned the hard way.
+AmazinGraceXOXO1 the sad part is, that u believe that 6 month are enough for reaching a body like this naturally. a man can naturally put on 4 kilos lean muscle mass a year thats a fact. in the first year there might be 6 kilos possible, not more. just for the record my dad is a sport scientist, same as my mum and i study sport medicine for around 3 years now at the university in cologne. i started with bodybulding 12 years ago and for example didnt eat sweets now for about 6years. yes i look like evan pretty much now, but after 12 years of weightlifting and strict diet. it is commonly known that the actors are on steroids, hgh and others like clen etc. if u are perfectly adjusted from good doctors, the risk is controllable. though u do have some very bad side effects. its ok, they are actors its their job to look good, they have to take the risk. for a guy who looks out for his diet, and works his ass of in the gym, there is the maximum of around 3 kilos in the first 6month it will decay though. after around 5 years u will struggle even holding your current form and will gain around 500 gramms a year if you are lucky. the 6 month transformation with 25kg mass from thor actor, is even on steroids incredible and hard work, though not even close to achievable without the maximum usage of performance enhancing drugs. when you uneductaed woman now blame your man/friends that they didnt achieve it cause they didnt try hard enough, it is a shame and shows ignorants. learn to differ between advitising and reality. so pls dont compare the actors on drugs with people who live a normal life without the huge sideeffects, like impotence, cancer, liver failure and on and on caused by those drugs. (i am a german writing this on my phone, pls excuse my spelling mistakes)
+Trutz Kabel no no. six months was just an example. i said six months to make a pount. i didnt really mean six months. the whole point was to get started. and even more the whole point was the drug addiction i was talking about
+Aditya Rahman He used roids. Im certain of it. Not saying that he didnt work hard to bulk up from the machinist and im not taking any credit from him either. But he used roids nevertheless.

Very well said👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I feel like I'm on the verge of death at just 60 seconds
actually... the two min doing the plank lets you consider all your choices, your life, the moment you are in. It is more quality life in lesser time..
I know it's a joke, but from all research I've seen, isometric exercises are not great for strength building, and even if you do them 2 minutes per is likely too long.
Christian Bale is insane.
I wonder if he has gotten any chronical health-issues because of his transmissions? Like loss of head-hair and etc?

Chris Pratt's transformation was the most impressive, and also the best looking out of the lot
Not impressive at all. He went from skinny, to chubby (only 15lbs overweight), to ripped.
It would of been impressive if he went from obese his entire life to ripped, but there's nothing impressive about losing 35lbs and hitting thr gym occasionally.
@@TheCnicus 15lbs overweight? The guy weighed over 300lbs in 2013 and ~220lbs in 2014 for GOTG.
gay son
@@TheCnicus You ever been to a gym because it takes more work then you think to add all that muscle,he lost 35lbs of weight but had to gain more lbs of muscle
Chris Pratt's transformation is not impressive! Come on! Christian Bale is!

Love Chris Pratt, super normal but gets into amazing shape.
Of course I respect all of them for achieving such body transformations, but an important point seems to be missed. They are actors and this is their job! These people are paid 10-20 million dollars for these roles! I bet all of us would glady spend 8 months in a gym for that sum of money.
True shit. Good point
Szab S. Shoot I do it for free. If it was for 20 million I’d train to look like Arnold
plus they have personal trainers
@@jaysoniorg2950 wau, a lot of lubricants here, next is just to bend
Most actors are only on set for 2 months at most with personal assistants. Also they can do other projects while working out for the 8 months before filming that are alot less work to film.
Good job. Literally, because it is their job to look good.
Exactly, they basically get paid to work out.
yeah as we all know they got a team helping them but still its like going through bootcamp, at end of day still takes the person willing to put out all they got and go through it so still a accomplishment.
pay me 10 million dollars to go play wolverine or captain america and ill gladly go do that

Thanks For Sharing This Info With Us!Chris 👍 🙏 😀 😊 🙌 🙂 👍 🙏 😀 😊 🙌 🙂!
The Chris Pratt and Christian Bale transformations are the only ones I'm impressed with.
Almost all of them take PED's like steroids
Hehehe this video was made 4 years ago , you haven’t seen Henry Cavill as the witcher yet ! 🥰
there is another guy, hrithik Roshan of India. nobody can beat his body. Literally
sweet video and good info and quality, cheers!

Christian Bale is just awesome.. respect for this guy for loving his work ..
Well also tom hardy and Henry cavill transformation
in no way does pratt beat bale
Probably one of the videos that motivated me to workout the most. 4 years later and almost 70 lbs heavier (90lbs to 160) and I'm still going!
Bale is legend.
Great piece of work man
thanks mate🤝

Yeah, Pratt is right on. It’s not hard but it’s tedious and you need to keep your eye on your goal.
It took me 1 1/2 years. I went from 220 with a 38” waist to 215 with a 34” waist. No abs yet but I got huge ~ no steroids, just lots of work; LOTS of work and mostly proper eating habits.
exactly !! for normal people like us , it takes usually 2 years tosee results !! but for these actors , in 8 months they turn into hulk??? pffff !!!

Something you should know: they use steroids (hgh, nandrolone, testosterone, trenbolone, ephedrine, clenbuterol, t3, t4, insulin, Winstrol, Anavar, and much more).-
Exactly. It's steroids all the way. Hard work, too, but the 'amazing' results are there purely because of steroid cocktails.
100 prosent!
Thank you for making this video it was really inspirational especially Chris Pratts video at the start !!
Glad that you found it helpful and thanks for watching :)
agree first video was spot on. When I got into lifting it took me also 8 months or so to bench press 225lb. Every month I saw big difference. To lose weight also it takes 6months or longer but when people see you who have not seen you in a while they will notice say something " whoa. you lost weight". You see yourself in mirror each day so you dont realize it but results will be there.
excellent job!

I freaking love Chris Pratt. Can't wait for Guardians 2.
My son was the result of it lol
that was such a good point Chris Pratt made. that amount of time IS gona go by anyway. what do u want to look like by then? How do u wana feel? That was my argument with some friends that unfortunately hit a wrong path in their lives. When it was time to get clean and go to rehab , they were all scared about being gone for a few months! So i would always say " listen, six months is gona by anyway. What do u want ur life to be in six months? Where do YOU wana be in six months? A year?" I know its a bit different with food and diet but i think peoples worst enemy in their minds at least is time itself. not having enough of it. having too much of it.....At the same time...time is the one thing u can never ever get back. so use it wisely. i learned the hard way.
This is so very true, but unfortunately for some six months doesn't even get to pass sadly. And THAT is truley learning the hard way
+AmazinGraceXOXO1 the sad part is, that u believe that 6 month are enough for reaching a body like this naturally. a man can naturally put on 4 kilos lean muscle mass a year thats a fact. in the first year there might be 6 kilos possible, not more.
just for the record my dad is a sport scientist, same as my mum and i study sport medicine for around 3 years now at the university in cologne. i started with bodybulding 12 years ago and for example didnt eat sweets now for about 6years. yes i look like evan pretty much now, but after 12 years of weightlifting and strict diet.
it is commonly known that the actors are on steroids, hgh and others like clen etc. if u are perfectly adjusted from good doctors, the risk is controllable. though u do have some very bad side effects.
its ok, they are actors its their job to look good, they have to take the risk.
for a guy who looks out for his diet, and works his ass of in the gym, there is the maximum of around 3 kilos in the first 6month it will decay though. after around 5 years u will struggle even holding your current form and will gain around 500 gramms a year if you are lucky.
the 6 month transformation with 25kg mass from thor actor, is even on steroids incredible and hard work, though not even close to achievable without the maximum usage of performance enhancing drugs.
when you uneductaed woman now blame your man/friends that they didnt achieve it cause they didnt try hard enough, it is a shame and shows ignorants. learn to differ between advitising and reality.
so pls dont compare the actors on drugs with people who live a normal life without the huge sideeffects, like impotence, cancer, liver failure and on and on caused by those drugs.
(i am a german writing this on my phone, pls excuse my spelling mistakes)
+Trutz Kabel no no. six months was just an example. i said six months to make a pount. i didnt really mean six months. the whole point was to get started. and even more the whole point was the drug addiction i was talking about
+AmazinGraceXOXO1 6 months is so good to have abs
